Thanks “Felicia” for ur great customer service and hanging up on me. Papa johns maybe you need to do a better job at who you hire because ur employee hung up on me twice. Last time I will order from papa johns. You guys messed up my order not me and than she told me have a good night. She won’t be sending anyone out to fix my order. I don’t want or need a credit for next time, I would like the correct order when I order.
When I walked in to the store I was approached by Kaylee who did not welcome me say hello or say Hi how are you I asked if there was any specials Hayley could not recommend or tell me anything except for I can look at the online Menu it was very frustrating because I feel that when you go somewhere and deal with a cashier that their job is to treat you friendly and the friendly and to help you with the menu and the specials that w Not what happened I will not be returning to papa John's anytime soon Cashier should be somebody that is friendly gives good custom Customer she rolled her eyes at me It was not helpful in any way was very rude her attitude was very rude someone else needs to be in the front as a cashier not her she should be somebody that works in the back she does not have customer service skills it was very upsetting because I've had a long night and I really just wanted somebody to help me pick out a pizza and if there was any good deals and I just didn't want to deal with another attitude today I've had a very hard long day and the last thing I wanted to do was deal with another person being rude to me today I worked in customer service for almost 15 years and that is not how you handle a customer she either needs to be replaced or put somewhere else in the store But otherwise my pizza was hot had extra cheese and they had it out in no time there was another female there that helped me that was very pleasant and she had short hair with glasses she was very friendly and kind and I appreciate it that papa John's should have better representation
Horrible customer service by Felicia in the Janesville location. She hung up on me twice. She said have a good night hon. When they messed up my order. I don’t need my next order free I would like what I paid for. Thanks!
Used to be my favorite but the standards have gone down a lot lately. This is the 3rd time I've had stuff forgotten on my order. Not sure if it's the Doordash people or the store but it's getting annoying. Before they used Doordash, if something was forgotten then they would go back and get it but now that they use Doordash I just get a response that that's what the store gave them and then I have to call or just deal with the fact that I paid for stuff and never got it. Is there not someone who checks the orders before they get sent out?
Anytime I order food they get it wrong. I tried the parmesan crusted papadia and it was just like the original so big disappoint.
The call center told me it was going to be 15-20 mins; I waited an hour. They were busy, understandable; but the no glove thing kinda grossed me out. Saw everyone grabbing their drinks, coughing, scratching their face, not washing their hands, and touching pizza. It was a mess. I'm not ordering out anymore, you don't realize what's going on in the back; until you actually see. I hope that's not how covid was spread, just saying. Stop grabbing your masks, and Wash your hands.
Called when our pizza was 20 minutes past the delivery time. Talked to store manager who said it was a busy night and it would be another hour and a half to two hours before they could get a pizza out to us. Won't be going there ever again.
I Will never eat here again. Pizza and bread sticks undercooked and very doughy. It took over a hour to come and no one told us that when the ceo step down that he took the recipe with him. Yall need papa John back.....
Man ordered the bacon mania pizza ..half the pizza was dry crust , hardly any toppings..pizza was dry and crusty around the edge and doughy in the middle
