Ordered for first time today.Sweet & sour chicken combo w/2 crab ragoon & fried rice plus egg roll.Watched cooks handle food with bare hands. Took handfulls of veggies out of containers. Moved cooked food around with fingers. No masks worn. Still excepted order.Chicken was ok, ragoon was good.Egg roll was a MINI egg roll. Tiny.Fried rice was so over cooked it was almost mush. Couldnt eat it.Ordered for last time tiday.
Good food good service no waiting time on pickups who could ask for anything more?
Finally found a carry-out Asian restaurant where popular entrees are prepared correctly! No heavy batter. Not every dish is deep fried. Portions are good and prices are reasonable.
Ordered pickup food. Got there in the time frame. Waited 30 minutes with 9 other people waiting for pickup. There were orders completed sitting on the counter ready to go. Like 6 bags on the counter getting cold. AND NOBODY WORKING THE COUNTER! This place totally sucks! Don't even rate 1 star.
I don’t know what happened to this place in the last few months, but yuck. Don’t waste your money. Panda Express is better than this place. I ordered Pad Thai and it tasted like chemicals. My husband ordered Chow Mein and he said the recipe wasn’t as good and lacked meat.
Food is consistent, very affordable. Order is always ready when they say it will be, staff is pleasant when you pick your order up.
I’ve been ordering from here for about 4 years now. They are easily the busiest Chinese food place in Janesville. You need to order ahead. They are always busy. Even when I order ahead there is still usually a wait. That’s no reason to not give them stars. Don’t punish them because they are successful and you are impatient. Red haired girl with braids at check out is very sweet and everyone is working their butts off. I love this place.
One of the better local Chinese take away spots. Friendly staff, decent portions and fresh food.
They like to lie about wait times. I was told 10 to 15. Show up 20 minutes later and get told its not done yet. I tell them I'll wait in my car because there's like 4 other people waiting inside and 0 makes on during a pandemic . Everyone else inside gets their food first, I get mine almost 10 minutes later.
