I simply don't understand every time we eat there they pick and choose when to lock the doors! They only had 4 people in line a 3 cars in the drive thru. We got lucky enough to get in. They must have turned away over a dozen of people in the short time I was there. As much time and energy she took to tell them the lobby was closed, she could have just as easily got them through the line! This is the only fast food, that closes the door whenever they choose.... Don't get it!

I got the mushroom chicken with noodled. Literally barely gave me any noodles. I was never a fan of Panda Express, but moving thought id give it a chance, nah, im good. I probably had more of the vegetables than noodles. It stuck with my original thoughts of Panda. Screws you on the topping and noodles, usually end with a bowl of the filler ingredients instead of what you actually order. How they are still around is beyond me

I've visited this location a few times. Wait times are always long and sort of expected at this point. But the sanitation procedures going on here is ABSOLUTELY disgusting!! The drive thru person wasn't even wearing gloves. The girl on the line that took our cash did so with her gloves on and then walked to help another customer. As I sat and ate my meal I watched even closer and not ONE person changed their gloves!!! NOT ONCE!!! Being from the fast food industry, I know this isn't ok! Get it together. I really love the food.

I’ve gone to other Panda Express location, and this one is a stain upon the franchise. Following the Panda trend, they are always out of sesame chicken. The food is subpar and not fresh, even by line standards. The chow main is filled with cabbage filler, and few noodles. The mushroom chicken lacked flavor. The orange chicken was okay. The cashew shrimp was meh, but the cashews were yummy. Only great thing we tasted.

The wait times are awful. If they're not screwing up your order one day, they're not taking credit/debit cards the next. Don't even get me started on how often their ice machine is "broken"Update 3/1/22: Got a bowl of white rice and chicken. Didn't get utensils or napkins. Had to miss out on break time to go back. Finally got to eating and my food had multiple hairs in it.

Went to Panda Express drive thru a few weeks ago with some friends and had one big order. Paid $10 more than what the total was. The guy never gave me the change back after we asked for it even though we were SURE of how much we paid. Then we got the wrong chicken in all of our orders (all ordered plain orange chicken and got something spicy). THEN they didn’t even give us forks, they gave us SPOONS. And it made my friend sick! Usually love Panda Express but this was a terrible experience. We were very disappointed!

I love Panda Express. I go to the drive through for lunch on a weekday about every two months. Been doing this for about 3 years at this location. I always get the grilled teriyaki chicken if they have it. They always ask me if I want the sauce on the side. I say yes. But 9 out of 10 times there is no sauce when they hand me my food. So I ask for a sauce packet before pulling away from the window. It's inconvenient, but not a huge deal. The food is still good.Over the past 12 months I have noticed there always seems to be some other inconvenience to go with my normal teriyaki sauce routine. I can't tell if I'm just unlucky or if there is something more chronic. They are out of 3-4 entrees (there are only like 8 to choose from). The card reading system is down, so it has to be cash. I pull right up to the drive through speaker, but have to wait 5 minutes before someone can take my order. They're out of chow main, unless I want to wait 10 minutes for a fresh batch.Obviously the pandemic carries a lot of blame for these problems, but I have not experienced the same inconveniences at my other nearby fast-casual chain lunch spots.

So I love Panda Express, it has been my favorite fast food place for years. The one in Janesville has always been a little worse than the rest regarding wait times, order accuracy, and overall quality of the food. I would still go every once in a while as the food was still good. However, my recent trip there was simply awful, I went through the drive through, had about 6 cars ahead of me. It took over 35 minutes just for me to get to the speaker to take my order, after which it took another 5 before I could even give my order to the worker. Aside from that they would only take cash, not a huge deal but it's still an inconvenience. The thing that brought the review to one star was the food, I ordered the orange chicken and fried rice, arguably the most popular dish. The chicken wasn't fully breaded, and the pieces that were breaded were soggy and the breading was falling off. There were a few pieces that were huge, about the size of 4 or 5 normal pieces, and the rice was clumpy and overcooked. I will no longer be going here unless the quality of service improves.

This is an EXCELLENT Panda Express. Food is always HOT and FRESH. There is NEVER an empty spot on the line. The employees are properly masked. They are efficient and kind. We always stop here on the way home.We ? ? ? this Panda Express ? ?

Do you want to be disappointed? Do you want one of the worst experiences known to man, over and over like it's their job to mess up?! OH BOY! Then this place is the one for you. Not only will they mess up your order to only find it to be wrong after the drive home, but they'll do it almost every time! Good job guys, close your FN doors. What a joke.
