Our entrees came within ten minutes, as we were just digging in to our salads. The food was lukewarm and tasted like it had been premade ahead of time and had been sitting in a warmer. The sauce was dried up and noodles tasted old. Normally it is excellent at this one. Also a manager there kept going up to a table near ours and was talking way too loud to the customers..over and over again. Couldn't hardly enjoy ourselves. The server was excellent, which made it much better.
I decided to order lunch to go for a noon meeting. Used the online order system which worked fine but has a few too many prompts to up sell. The timing was good and the server was very nice. The food was pretty substandard however. It appears the pasta was packaged ahead and then microwaved so get to temp. When I opened it five minutes after pick up it was hot but a slimey skin was over the pasta. Even stirring it didn't break it down. I suspect my choice to pick up for a meeting is going going --- GONE!
First time using the delivery, it was great! Everything came right on time and was nice and hot. The delivery girl couldn’t have been nicer. This was a dinner for eight with all individual orders. We all said this was a 5 star choice.
The food was AMAZING. THE SERVICE WAS Great. My son and I enjoyed the food. Such a great date night. The waitress was awesome about getting me a new coke. I didn't even have to ask. Such GREAT service. YuM ?
Good food. Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. We had a group of 16 and two servers were being trained. Service was a little slower than I expected, but understandable for both of those reasons. The food was served hot & fresh and all of our orders were complete & correct except one person in our group didn't get his food order at first but they were quick to get his meal to him once alerted. They were very apologetic too. Overall it was a good dining experience for my brother-in-law's birthday and everyone was full & satisfied when we left. I had two Amalfi cocktails, which were tasty but not strong enough for me, ziti fritta appetizer for the table (billed as like a mozzarella stick, good tasting but the cheese was a more creamy texture than a mozzarella stick, not bad, just different), chicken parmagiana with spaghetti and a side of 3 meatballs (all delicious). My bill was $42 so my meal was $50 with tip. A little pricey, but not really unreasonable for all that I ordered and the good quality of the drinks & dishes.
Allison was our server. She not only took care of my girlfriend and I...she got my girlfriend dessert for her birthday. On top of everything she had a table behind us that was being very rude to her and she continued her great service and attitude. If I was running a business I would want to hire everyone I could find with Allison's attitude and work ethic. Great evening
This place always is a good restaurant to visit. We always have such great service and the food is always on point. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because my food last night was a little burnt like they tried to melt the cheese for to long of a period. My wife's food though was amazing and perfectly cooked. We definitely will return.
The dine in experience is always a treat. To be waited on by an attentive wait person is part of why we go. The food quality has gone downhill since the pandemic. They got rid of quite a few items and cheapened others.
Tabby is fantastic! I come in quite frequently and always get the best service. Never disappointed; would highly recommend to anyone.
Absolutely unexpectedly. Went Sunday afternoon and they only were using a 1/3 of the restaurant. Almost two hour wait for our party of 6. Meanwhile they had multi hostesses who were just standing in the front. There about forty people that walked out because of the wait. We also left. You couldn’t pay me to go back.
