Staff very friendly. Food was brought out correctly and quickly. Good variety of salads, pastas, and some soup.
Went to sit down and an employee yelled at us and said you can't sit there in a very rude tone, there were no signs saying you couldn't sit there, it was just a table. Wouldn't recommend going here.
literally could’ve made $1 box of Mac and cheese at home and it would’ve tasted way better than a bunch of plain warmed up noodles with shredded cheese sprinkled on top of what they like to call Mac n cheese also their noodles aren’t soft enough need to be cooked longer
me and my husband tried ordering food the night of 03/30/2022, we tried doing an over the phone order but it ended up making us talk to teresa. we TRIED ordering 2 wisconsin mac n cheeses with grilled parmesan crusted chicken. for some reason teresa, only took one order, then asked for payment, i TRIED adding the second one on because again, she only took the one order, she proceeded to go silent for 2 mins, and we said “ hello?” and she sighed under breathe and put us on hold without saying a single thing. worst customer service experience i’ve honestly had, and i barely even got to order. her name is teresa and she works at the janesville location on humes road. we called at 8:14 with the automated thing then at 8:17 it transferred us to teresa.
Food should taste way better for what they charge. Food is really only mediocre.
Buffalo mac and cheese is the best. Nice and hot!! Yummy.
Gave this location a try again after summer of 2021. Much cleaner and friendlier employees. Plus a cute guy made my food so ? that helps haha.
Great food, clean restaurant, pleasant atmosphere, only thing I didn't like was the big menu in the wall immediately inside the exit/entrance. Not much time to look while guests are trying to enter
A couple weeks ago I ordered the Penne Rosa with crusted chicken, and the chicken was black. So they said they’d send me a free entree card in the mail and I’ve checked everything for a couple weeks and haven’t gotten it yet. Very disappointed.
Checked hours in the internet, said they are open on sunday. Drove 30 miles just to find out they are closed on sundays. I reccomend updatinf your listed hours online.
