Never really had a bad experience until today the drink carrier was all wet we didn’t think anything of it so we didn’t check our food till we got home when we got home and went to get out food all of it was smooshed looked like it came straight out of the trash can and one of the drinks fell cause the drink carrier and right after we found maggots all in my carpet (we have never dealt with them before and didn’t have them before drink spilled) we called to complain and see what we should do and the lady that answered said and I quote “your full of shit” then hung up so we called back and got a manager he was way nicer and said to bring the food up there and get more and he reported her but I will still never go there again it was absolutely nasty (Pontiac drive McDonald’s)
This was the best experience at a McDonald’s I’ve ever had. I went through the drive-thru around 5:15pm tonight and the gentleman who took my order was so friendly ! I was also greeted by the nicest lady at the window who took the time to ask me how my day was, and told me I had a beautiful smile. She also told me she was working on her day off. She quite literally made my day. This lady deserves a raise !!
It's ok but there buns sare always smashed other than that it's pretty good ??
Drive through is always efficient and timely. Staff is courteous and always provides service with a smile!? I usually get frappes/McCafe drinks here because the accuracy is better than most other locations!
The Manager went out of her way to see if they had any stitch toys to replace a different toy given. She went a dug around and found 2 toys and gave them both to us. May seem like a small thing but she really made my day. Thank you!
Same as alway, fast ,friendly, tastes like McDonalds. Seriously we've never had an issue at this McDonalds. On a side note, wish they would bring their salads back!!
Been coming to this location for years. I have to say that lately, the service is very friendly, professional and efficient. With the decrease in workforce due to COVID, this is one of the few places that's figured out how to keep the customers happy and the orders filled. Kudos Pontiac McDonalds!
They only clean the frappe machine late at night which is the best idea ever. Frappes are amazing and their staff is always happy!
This is how you McDonald’s. Great food quality, customer service and speed at this location. Total time about four minutes. I received probably the freshest quarter pounder I believe I’ve ever eaten. Almost too hot to hold. My fries and nuggets must have been fresh out of the oil. Perfect salt on fries and perfect condiments on burger. Our families dinner order were all correct and hot. I just may have to drive from Beloit to here when I’m craving some Mickey D’s if they keep this experience up.
Just came here with my friend on a Friday night. The drive thru was literally PACKED and it was obvious that the store was extremely busy but the lady on drive thru was SO kind and patient while our app was loading and didn’t give us any attitude or frustrations when we asked for multiple orders. I asked her for a name so I could give her a shoutout. Her name is Jen and she should get a raise lol.
