Went to the drive through and was told that the system was under maintenance and we could only pay with cash which was no problem since we had the cash on us as is. Then the story changed completely after we said it was fine and we were told we couldn't place an order since it was down altogether. As we drove away we saw two other cars pull up to the drive through and order waste of our time for only 10 chicken mcnuggets.
The food is ok but the people that work there and your order 75% of the time is not right so I stop going and tried to go to the other one on the west side and it's a little better.
Place is a joke, food is sloppy, they don't care about their customer's. I was double charged for food and one manager "Joe" told me they could offer me a gift card for the full amount so I didn't have to go through the hassle of dealing with my bank. I go up there the next day to pick up my card and not only did the new manager not give it to me, he gave my number to the owner and he never called me. So I will not be going to this location ever again, and if you're reading this I would advise you don't either. Customer service is DEAD in this country.

For it being a McDonald's you can not expect perfect service 100% of the time and that is understandable! Customer service has really upgraded though. Asked for one of the employees names a while back and if i remember correctly her name is Kylie Ann. she is ALWAYS amazing! There are a couple more that are always good she just sticks out more because she goes the extra step!
Who ever is working the drive thru is beyond rude. Pull up to order and she said “hurry up and order” placed my order and looked at the menu for something else and she told me my total. Said I wasn’t done yet and she said “ well jesus what else do you want” mind you I only had 2 McDoubles ordered and was just gonna order a shake to. Needless to say I won’t be going back to that location . That location has just gone downhill bad
no fish in the filet-o-fish. when I called to complain I was told by Dxx that he could offer a free fish.....oh so the first time price does include the I side. he copped an attitude and said "hey it's a mistake" . all attitude, never heard an apology, called back a few minutes later about the apple pie with white creamy filling, said he would replace that. So I have to waste gas to drive back and get food that will probably be just as bad. manager Debbie....your night crew sucks. my name is I. your book Multiple times for the multiple mistakes.....then get treated like the bad guy when you come back. I would rather get a refund. avoid this place.....and they want how much an hour. ?
my mom asked for a bacon quarter pounder with a regular bun instead of sesame seed bun and this is what they gave her. completely unreal. didn’t even have bacon on it either.
Ridiculous I have to wait an hour in the drive thru for a door dash ready that has been ready for a long time. Now the customers food will be cold. Just open the inside for delivery drivers at least. You get us in trouble because you can’t run a business. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Then they don’t even answer their phone.
This location is great for breakfast. Any other time I come here with my family, I am missing items EVERY SINGLE TIME. When I come back or call to let them know I was missing items, they make it seem like I'm the inconvenience.
