How does it take 20 minutes for 4 breakfast burritoes and a small fry and 2 cheeseburgers. Ive come here many times and not once have I gotten my food in the first half hour, they always end up forgetting items or messing items up. Not a single one of the other 3 mcdonalds here in janesville do this. I understand mess ups and I understand sometimes having to wait because rush times (used to work at a mcdonalds myself). But this is just unexceptable.
Yeah... First time going to this McDonald's. Went through the drive thru. The outer lane is broke & "supposedly" they can't close it down. I'm calling BS. The person taking orders started out & when I requested my food they laughed & went to the next lane.. Yeah won't be getting my business EVER.. Getting lame excuses when you call just takes the cake too.. As others have said on other posts "if I could give no stars I would."
Went there this evening to get food, first time was told their system glitches and they could only accept cash, I said no problem not even 5 mins later I came back with cash and was told they can no longer take orders.. as someone from the food industry with knowledge of operations it sure seemed the pos systems and card systems were running fine when looking through the window.
2 fish fillets cost $9.82. the buns were squished, fish n cheese not centered, tartar sauce allover the inside box. I'll wait til Friday at the local bar for a 3 pc dinner with fries, Cole slaw n bread for $11.25
Terribly slow and for WHAT. The food always comes out cold and somehow even if you only order a drink it gets screwed up. Not wasting my time here anymore it is very dissappointing.
When I ordered my food they only have me half of it, I had order 6 chicken sandwiches, 6 hamburgers, 1 qirder powder, 2 fries, and they only have us 6 hamburgers and 1 frie
Went through drive thru after the Dunkin down the street messed up my order again. It was slow, the person taking my order only heard part of my order and the drive thru with itself had to be the most gross looking of any I've ever seen. But the part of my order they heard was right. The frappe was good and the fries were cold and lacked salt. Options on my way out of town are pretty slim!
Just ok. Mc Donald's has gotten so over priced and can go to a regular restaurant for burgers and frys cheaper and better.
