They got my mobile order wrong. I had to drive back to get the correct items. I had to tell them 4 times what I wanted before someone finally understood. At no time did they apologize for getting my original order wrong and me having to drive back to the store. When I did get my food, it was the correct items this time, but it had been sloppily prepared.
I'm sorry I just can't do the kiosk ordering anymore. My fingertips don't work and I end up having to tap on kiosk with knuckles quite hard. Will go through driver thru where I can talk to a human and order my food. I don't know anyone that doesn't despise the kiosk system.
The food was excellent! I went there for lunch. All of my food was hot and delicious ?
Be careful here.. was overcharged two times for what was supposed to be a breakfast bundle.. i caught it the 3rd time they did this before paying. Complained to corporate and was asked if I'd like to be contacted by the owner of this McDonald's. That was about a year ago, never heard anything.
We got two big Mac and both of them had one patty. Who does that? How does someone do that. Other wise everything was correct.
I come here everyday & order the same thing everyday. Sausage egg & cheese biscuit meal with A MED COKE. $5.78 is always the total. I get up to the window & she refused to give me my soda. She said it wasn’t a meal… YES IT WAS, there was even a hashbrown in the bag. The lady working, who gives you uour food is RUDE ALL THE TIME & today I’m going to put it here!
The McRibs are back and were good. But not drinks were being sold. They only had one drive thru lane open and the lobby was closed. They seem to have the problem as the other restaurants in the area that no one wants to work so they can't run a normal functioning restaurant. It's is rather disappointing.
Getting really sick and tired of this location always getting our order incorrect. What is so hard about no pickles on a mcdouble? Instead they made it with no mustard? I'm not understanding what's going on at this location because this happens 9 out of 10 times.
I have been going to this McDonalds for breakfast for over 4 years almost every morning. I have ordered the same thing, two sausage mcmuffins with no cheese and extra butter on the muffins. So, for this morning I get extra cheese on one and cheese on the other. This may seem like a petty frustration but I am usually on my way to work and don't have time to check my order and go back through the drive thru to get my order changed, I hate the taste and texture of their cheese and this has happened many, many, many, times over the years. I have empathy for how the fast the cooks have to work but I am tired or you mucking up my breakfast. Take care and have a good life, I am done.
