Stopped in to grab lunch, there were signs on the menu staing the speaker was down and to order at the window. ( completely reasonable)Cut to sitting at the window for 5 minutes, as well as seeing 4 different employees walk past the window and doing everything they can to not look over. I left with no order placed and will not be back. Fortunately Popeye's had my back.
Their hours online aren't even accurate, they close when they want when short staffed. Places have been short employees for over a year now. Figure it out. My MIL tried going here a few times for dinner, always closed. I personally have never gone to KFC but I tried to place an online order this past Tuesday for some side dishes to go along with what I was cooking for dinner, my husband got off work, went to KFC for our order and they were closed. Received an e-mail saying they couldn't complete my order. Needless to say dinner was ruined. Thanks for wasting everyone's time KFC.
This is the THIRD visit and all 3 have been a NIGHTMARE!! I came into drivethru... STILL AINT FIXED. Then 2 folks ahead of me were STILL waiting for their Crispy meals & we not only had to wait FORTY MINUTES for our 12pc Extra Crispy meal but they had to give us MICROWAVED MAC N CHEESE cuz they said they were out??? Whoever managing that place has no business near management!! This is INSANE!!
Terrible service , super slow. simple request if not been serve , hope the should tell us. Maybe get my fried chicken in kwik or any other place
Came here at 2:50 pm on a Tuesday, was told they were closing and didn't have a cook to make chicken any more. I ordered a 12 piece bucket, to which the lady said they had only breasts and thighs left. I thought "that's awesome!" And then they said since they were closing they were going to add a few extra pieces in my bucket. After I thanked her and drove away, i checked my order. The bucket had all wings and drumsticks that looked like they were made at 8 am. Dried out, nasty chicken.Never again.
Whoever has supposedly taken over for management has no idea what they're doing, is completely rude to the customers, and the customers can't even order anything without getting snapped at through the speaker system in drive-thru. they have you pull up to the window without even getting to look at what you want. then they rush you and ask you to come around again if you don't know within 30 seconds. Completely unacceptable.
The drive thru wait was ridiculous. When we got up to the window they had people running around like they didn't know what was going on. The chicken was cooked perfect and we received all of our order this time so can't complain.
Ordered at 3:43 and they close at 4 but still wasn’t able to get good even though I payed
I ordered off door dash and didn't receive the famous bowl I ordered. Also the Sierra mist I ordered was out of syrup and was just seltzer water.
Took forever to get 2 sides. Cashier very sweet but poor assembly line process happe info there. Clearly no onsite management in the floor or even visible at slightly busy times
