I don't understand the bad reviews. I've been ordering online for the last 6 months and no issues at all. Also when I pick up my order the staff always greet me and that's an A+ for me. I love my Beach Club sandwich.

Placed my order 45 minutes ago for one sub combo, and two cookies…. The store just called me and said it’s going to be another 45 minutes to an hour…. They didn’t offer me a refund, didn’t compensate me, and just said sorry and have a good night. Beyond ridiculous. Freaky slow.

Unbelievably just called to place a order for delivery and was told they are out of bread so they would not be able to take my orderHow do you run out of bread when that is your big seller?Your a sandwich shop..Will not even attempt to order from them again

An hour and 15 minutes still waiting on my food, freaky fast my a$$.Store is 2 miles away.

Ordered food sitting in a dock to unload. Seneca foods held me for 5 hours. Jimmy John's couldn't even get me a sub here in an hour. I am at 1 hour and 10 minutes now waiting for them so i can go home.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever received. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the manager. Part of my order was forgotten, and when I called to inform them, I was told it would be delivered right away. Thirty minutes passed and no delivery, so I called again. Was told they were short handed and that she (the manager) was the only one there so I had to wait, but again was told my missing order would arrive right away as the driver was on his way. Another thirty minutes passed and, lo and behold, still nothing! Called to check status yet again and was given the same routine, “it will be there soon, we apologize.” Told them cancel it, want a refund as this is ridiculous. Should not take over an hour to correct a missing sandwich mistake since it was already made and sitting in the store. Was simply told, by a different person this time, “my manager is going to void the order,” then click, they hung up.Overall this place is managed by unprofessional, rude, incompetent individuals. Avoid as it’s not worth your time or money.

An hour and 15 minutes to bring 1 sandwich 2.2 miles, freaky fast my a**

The #10 Hunter's Club, #12 Beach Club, & #14 Bootlegger Club are good. Sadly, no chicken options & too many pork options (pork intolerant). I haven't tried their new wraps yet. I'm just not a huge fan of tortillas if that's what they use. The sandwiches do offer regular 8 inches or a giant which is 16 inches. The deal isn't that great when it comes to a regular size sub or a giant size sub because you can get a giant sub only $0.75 cheaper than getting two regular size subs. They do offer wheat bread in a sub, wheat bread slices of bread, & lettuce to have you ingredients on if you don't want it on regular sub bread. I do enjoy their side of avocado spread. I also like that they do offer extra ingredients for an extra price. They only offer provolone cheese but no other cheeses. Also they offer cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, avocado spread, Grey Poupon Dijon mustard, Jimmy Peppers, sliced pickles, oil & vinegar, onions, & oregano-basil. Not as many options as the leading competitors. The Grey Poupon Dijon mustard is horrible & may contain traces of nuts (tree nut/peanut allergy). When you order regular mustard on your sub they give you the Grey Poupon Dijon mustard which is horrible for people with allergies because that's a sandwich wasted because they will not refund you or remake your sandwich without mustard. Plus stay away from the bagged chips because they are made with peanut oil (tree nut/peanut allergy). Their lettuce for some reason is sometimes brownish or has brown spots. Their pickles are good. Their fountain drinks are good & have good options like Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Lemonade, Raspberry Tea, Cherry Coke, & Root Beer. Sizes are large or regular. They also offer bottled water. I used to enjoy their chocolate chip cookies, but the cookies have been very dry lately. They do offer oatmeal cookies too, but I haven't tried them yet. Plus I ordered delivery & their delivery is not freaky fast like advertised. I have waited an entire hour for 2 subs. The restaurant is only 1 mile from me.

Extremely slow delivery compared to other local jimmy johns. I usually don’t like to complain but it’s been multiple times it’s taken close to an hour to deliver.

Grace Quillo took my order and was so personable and made my bad day x10 better. Just what I needed that day!
