Great food, top tier quality, and amazing service. You got to come here if you want something not to heavy and refreshing.
I am absolutely done trying with this place. As a customer and as a delivery driver. Don’t even bother ordering ahead on the app because you will be waiting longer then the people ordering at the store. If anything it slows everything down. Expect to be waiting at least 20 minutes more then the pick up time given. And when picking up delivery’s just skip this place. They don’t start it until you’ve been sitting in there for 20 minutes. Just ridiculous.
Eveytime I go it's slow. Sometimes they don't even take my order and I just leave. Clearly they take customers for granted. I love the sandwiches but gosh, STEP UP THE PERFORMANCE.
For starters, the food is always good - that's why I come back. The last several visits have been unimpressive due to staffing issues. With a bare bones staff working, expect a 25 minute wait to get a sandwich.
On 1/27 we had our new Sub Nite. All our subs were perfect. No mix ups this time. So I am adding a star. Food was great. Attitudes and customer service was even better.UPDATE: We placed an order for our apt building.There were several errors and I wrote about them in my previous review.I am now updating/changing my review and adding stars because Jersey Mike's customer service after the fact has been very good. They are redoing our sub night in the near future.After that I will re-review and hope to add another star.Thank you Jersey Mike's management for handling our issues fairly, quickly and politely.
The service was great, the manager was so upbeat and kind!! My son thought the sandwich was good, I thought it was okay.

Tried to get a sub during lunch break around noon, was about a 30 min wait for a hot sub!! Thats much too long to wait for a sub sandwich. Settled for a cold one. Won’t be able to make this a lunch spot in the future. Maybe today was a busy day, will give it one more chance for lunch in the future
My first visit was 5 star. Ran like a well oiled machine. Second visit I placed my order through the app. I picked it up and brought it home and it wasn’t my order. It didn’t even have my name on the ticket it said someone else’s name. I didn’t have time to address it so was stuck eating a tuna sub. To avoid that happening again on my third visit I went in to order. Everyone working there was more concerned with taking care of the online orders than the people there waiting. The food is good but the service took a sharp decline
