NO CURBSIDE DELIVERY. Go inside and pick up your order. Ignore what the app or website says. Easy enough to just grab it but I wasted time waiting for it to come out.Lady at front counter was really nice though.
Went for breakfast not many people there on a gloomy,foggy morning. So service was quick employees were sunny disposition and food was tasty.But what really surprised me was the coffee had flavor not just colored water.
As they are cooking themselves food in back, they told us, a family of 6, that they are closing at 7:30pm when closing time is 10pm. They said they only have 1 cook, 1 server and 1 and hostess, As we were being turned away other people showed up and got the disappointing news. Wouldnt really care but my young kids were ao hungry after a long travel, and it smelled so good in there. At least they were going to eat.
Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Many delicious options. Of course, I recommend getting some pancakes since IHOP stands for, “International House of Pancakes”
Would have been 5 stars if the eggs had been cooked the way I ordered. I order mine on a separate plate due to an allergy and give them to my husband, his were over medium, the others were a light over easy. Not a huge deal just that if I who can't eat an egg can cook them how people like them, then a cook should be able to do that also.
Excellent coffee! We were there at shift change, so I think the service could have been better. The food was very good and plenty.
Burger was meh.... fries not bad. Mozzy sticks were cold and served with the main meal. Alot of room for improvement, but may be due to waitress lack off attention to our table. May give another chance if getting into the shared parking lot with Starbucks is easier to get into. There were 19 cars going thru the Starbucks drive thru when we came making parking difficult/dangerous
I’m so sad my experience here was ruined. We came here a few days ago and our server was awesome. We decided to come back today and bring our 3 year old daughter because we had such an awesome time. Today when we arrived we were seated and our server (Cheryl h) came to take our order. Our daughter wanted waffles and the server said the only waffles she could get was chicken and waffles. I asked if there was any way to substitute any of the pancake kids meals for a waffle and she said no. We decided to just get her pancakes. When I received my plate ( a waffle) and on my plate was crusted cheese obviously from a previous use of the plate. We also noticed that one of the servers was wearing a BTS hoodie walking around talking to her tables with her hands in her pockets. She would only take her hands out of her hoodie pocket to scratch her head multiple times. She was very unprofessional and I was grossed out that she was able to just keep scratching her head and then serve her tables food all while wearing a hoodie instead of a uniform. A guest complained to the girl wearing a hoodie about food on the chair she was about to be seated in and the server in the hoodie told her it was because “there must’ve been a kid sitting there before her” instead of cleaning it up for her. Overall we are very unsatisfied which disappointed us because a few days prior we had a great experience. We loved our previous server so much that we tipped her almost half of our bill. Today ruined it for me and when we tried to call 6 times to speak to a manager and no one answered the phone.
very friendly staff & good food
It was pretty busy when my son and I went. The process to get a table was kind of hectic but food was fast and correct. The server was an absolute sweetheart. My son and I loved the chocolate chip pancakes. It's too bad that half of your parking lot is always taken up by a long Starbucks line. I don't know who thought up that design but it's bogus.
