This place is so cute . I ordered the mocha milkshake and it was good. We tried several dessert options and were happy with all of them. The only downside was that one of my gal pals wasn't pleased with her green smoothie. I would definitely stop again. They have so many options!!
So, the food is good and the drinks are decent but the girls who work at this place are unfailingly rude and unfriendly. The “customer service” persona is entirely lacking, smiles are reserved for coworkers during behind the counter gossip while customers are greeted with a blank, bored expression that feels very much as though they are annoyed by your intrusion and can’t wait for you to go away. Sometimes they don’t even make direct eye contact while taking your order, they just stare into space as though you are invisible or the task of taking your order is beneath them. Even if you are sitting right near the counter while waiting for your order and the store is nearly empty of other people, they will plop the food or drink down and shout the order while walking away without even sparing a look or heaven forbid a smile in your direction. There is ZERO effort to make the customer feel seen, heard, or appreciated. I almost never feel “welcome” here and often choose to go elsewhere simply for that reason.
It was my first time so I just got a latte, but I did not regret my decision! It wasnt too sweet, nice blend of flavors. I would definitely go back because everything I saw looked and smelled delicious!
This was a pleasant experience. I was with my wife and stepdaughter doing a little furniture shopping. We were beginning to get a little hungry and needed a break.I had not been here before, so my wife was excited to show me the little corner of Cuba called Havana Coffee.A simple menu to choose a variety of delectable pastries (I had a strawberry Danish) and sandwiches (I will be back to try the Cuban Panini)The coffee menu was just as easy to choose from also.A relaxing environment to grab a quick pick me up and a snack.
I ordered an avocado BLT wrap that had maybe 1 slice of bacon on it. The wrap consisted mostly of lettuce. It took them over ten minutes to make this over priced wrap. Very disappointing. The shop itself is gorgeous and aesthetically pleasant.I hope that maybe the ratio of their sandwiches are normally made better than the one I had today. This was my 1st visit and I'm not sure if I'll go back.
Two days ago I went in to grab a couple drinks, A blonde girl was making mine and she was sniffling and started to cough and she wasn’t wearing a mask, so she coughed over her shoulder. She then started having a bad coughing fit and set my drink down and went in the back and kept coughing. She did not wash her hands and then came back out and grabbed my lid and put it on my coffee. I could not believe it! Completely disgusting. I tried calling a manager or owner and they would not even take the call or call back! I used to love this place but will not return after that!
they take forever to make their food and even completely forgot our order. when we received the order, there was a hair in one of the halves of the burrito. very sad! loved this place, will not be supporting any further. they are clearly not a business that is focusing on the cleanliness of their employees.
I was impressed at the selection of beverages- cold and hot. There were so many varieties of coffee, tea, hot chocolate among other items. The food items were impressive as well for this place.

I love this cozy coffee shop conveniently located close to my sister’s house. The honey lavender latte was amazing as was the lemon bar. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The Christmas decorations were also well done.
