Ordered chicken tenders among a bunch of other items and was supposed to get dipping sauce. Nothing in bag and when my daughter went up amd asked for the sauce, the manager looked at her like she had 2 heads. 5 piece should come with 2 sauces and he gave her 1When I went up and asked for the other sauce, I also got looks from manager and cashier and had to wait for sauce even though no one was in restaurant and it was not busy. Spending $52 and change and this is the customer service received. Come to this location several times a year traveling from Illinois to Wisconsin and was less than satisfied with the customer service at this location.
Love eating at Hardee's. To bad there's fewer stores all the time. Ladies are always super nice at this store!
It's Hardees! Manager was extremely nice and helpful. Food was good. Gotta like having two options for fries. Need more of these in Illinois.
Delicious food and very friendly staff. Food was fresh and delicious. Sadly, they are suffering from being understaffed at no fault of their own. The hours have been limited due to this but the service and food remains great while open.
I don't like this place, not since what they had done to me. I guess I must forgive, but... my story us that I went either here or Wendy's first. They gave me a cheeseburger without the ketchup, in which I ordered it with ketchup. I had the restaurant 2 days after... they screwed up the same order, same way. Not sure what Wendy's said on Twitter to make both of thus restaurants of a weird grudge against specifically me to mess up the same thing. Coincidence? I want to think not!
The Frisco Breakfast Sandwhich is one of the best fast food breakfast sandwhiches there is. The staff has always been friendly and most things seem to be made When you order
I go to Hardee's every Thursday at noon. The drive thru sucks most of the time. I only get 30 minutes for my lunch. Spending 30 minutes waiting for my food is not how I choose to spend m y 1/2 hour lunch. They need to get a little quicker. And if they tell you to park in front of a cone then serve the cars approand not serve 2 cars behind you 1st. 30 minutes is 30 minutes and I get points for being late back to lunch. Such a terrible place to go but I love the Frisco burgers from Hardee's.I really wish they would get their act together.
Went for a quick meal,ordered the chicken sandwich and it tasted like it was fried in the same oil as the fish!Absolutely terrible!
General Manager was very polite. Food was hot and team was fast.
