The food at firehouse is great every time, but the reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because of the uncomfortable times I’ve had there as a woman. Each and every time I order my food when a man named KJ (I’m pretty sure that was the name on his tag) is working he has looked down at my cleavage multiple times without trying to hide his stares. Really disappointed that nobody has talked to him about his creepiness towards young girls.

It was my husband and I's 1st time at any firehouse subs. Not only was the food really good, the general manager was exceptional in customer service and making sure we understood the process of what kind of subs we'd be getting... We will definitely be back!
Busy place! Food was fixed fast, was warm and tasty. Been here several times and haven't been disappointed.

The subs are beyond delicious! I would go to Firehouse for a sub sandwich over any other place. I love how soft the bread is. And the ingredients are always so fresh. I have had some conflicts with the service a few times but I give them the benefit of the doubt. I will always go here for my sub sandwiches!
Literally love the hook and ladder sandwich!! The employees are nice and work in a timely manner, even when busy.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We were the only people in the restaurant when we ordered. Slowly other people started coming in, and there were maybe 7 of us total there. We sat for 30 minutes waiting for our food before we asked for a refund. The cashier didn't know how to give a refund so they received $23 of our money for free. The place was absolutely filthy. I heard one of the people behind the counter say "easy on the lettuce, that's all we have right there" and it was brown and gross.**Update. I did speak with the general manager who was very professional and apologetic. He offered us a refund.
Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Fire House Subs. Employees kept walking past the register barely acknowledging me and never ended up helping me so I walked out. Date of visit was 9/21/21 at 1:40pm.
