My fiancé and I went here for dinner tonight may 9th 2022 at 8.. very disappointed….Both lasagnas we’re hard and nasty. Bread sticks were stale and the pizza was sitting out for awhile. Employees were running and jumping and playing around in the lobby. Food still on tables while they were playing around! NO ONE checked on us to see if we were satisfied. We asked for a refund and she only refunded us one lasagna and two drinks $14 instead $39! That’s ridiculous! I asked why and she says “I refunded you the stuff you didn’t like” if that was the case the whole order should have been refunded. I will not eat here again at all!
While the quality remains good, I have no idea what happened to the portions??? I always order the over baked sampler, in fact had it two weeks ago and it was a large rectangular oven pan full of delicious pasta. Now however it's a tiny round dish that looks like a kids meal. No consistency whatsoever. Photo 1 is today's meal. Photo 2 was two weeks ago.
My favorite restaurant! To good server and food here. Our food was out in 2 minutes and was very good.
Love Fazoli's. Been a customers here since at least 2000.? The staff is always smiling and very helpful. Never a bad experience
We were waited on right away. Got bread sticks while waiting for our food. Gabe was very friendly and was got our order perfect.Food came out very quick. Great food and love the bread stick.Gabe was great. He came to make sure everything was good.
Food is decent and workers are amazing but I heard the manager, I think her name is Lisa, taking to her workers in the kitchen while I was ordering and she was saying how someone was a bad manager. I met the lady she was talking to and she seemed so nice! I never had a problem here until the new management came.
My server was super pleasant, my food was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! IT WAS super hot, delicious, presented to me pretty quickly and absolutely what I needed that night! Overall, great team effort serving me excellence in service and food,!
We were there today 3/4/22 around noon. Food was great. OMG customer service was absolutely fantastic. The young man that waited on us was so polite and respectful and friendly. Put me in a great mood.
Tried ordering there but they told me to come back in 30 minutes to order because they are too busy filling other orders. This is fast food folks. If things don't change soon I feel this may be another retail establishment that won't be lasting much longer.
They are low on staff. We ordered gourmet mac'n'cheese with chicken and loaded Alfredo. Both dishes were good. Took some time for someone to take our orders. We were 4th in line.I recommend ordering online and picking up.
