If you’re thinking of going here. Just don’t. I wish I could make this review 0 stars. To start, my boyfriend was in the middle or ordering and the employee taking his order was on a FaceTime call. She wasn’t listening or paying attention. The other employees were just sitting in the corner on their phones joking around. The iced latte he ordered was disgusting. Doughnuts were smashed too. I love dunkin, but this place needs to hire people who actually want to work and have manners.

We had my daughter's first birthday party last weekend. The theme was "Donut grow up" so of course we had to have donuts. I called the day before the party to put an order in for 2.5 dozen knowing it was kind of a big order and I wanted to make sure that they would have enough donuts left when we went to pick them up at 1pm the day of the party. I don't remember who I talked to, but they took my name, phone number, amount of donuts, and time I was planning on picking them up. I sent my fiancé to go pick them up and the staff were very confused and said they didn't have our order. Luckily, they did have enough donuts left but our order basically used up all the donuts they had left for the day. According to my fiancé, there was 1 employee that was very rude and was making comments about how big our order was. Which is why I tried to prepare them ahead of time by calling the day before. I'm very upset by the whole experience. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the donuts tasted good.

Disappointing that everytime I order I have to repeat myself 6 times, then my order is wrong and overcharged. They're so inconsistent that I refuse to go anymore after this morning. 20$ for 3 medium signature lattes and they are straight up milk. So gross and the manager was ugh just as bad as the untrained employees.

My granddaughter has been going here after work everyday and they never get even one drink right. It takes forever to order and they get the size wrong and ingredients wrong. We are done going there and it should be shut down! I would give zero if I could.

Every morning, there's a line wrapped around the building. And, it takes 5 minutes per car to TAKE an order. Most of the time, the order is incorrect. Yesterday I waited 15 minutes for THREE cars to have their order taken, to find out their latte machine is down, again. Today, I waited 15 minutes for them to take TWO orders before I pulled away.The staff aren't trained well, despite being longer term employees. Nobody can multi task (hence a 5 minute order...order, make, take money, give order. repeat.) The owner needs to update the equipment, as it breaks often. I would also recommend better wages.

Horrible experience!!!! The worst dunkin donuts experience I've ever had. Went there a few times and every time worse than the last. The last time we went there we were the only ones in drive through and only ordered a coffee and and energy punch and 1 chocolate frosted donut. It took almost half an hour for them to get us our food. Will never go there again and will tell people I know to go to the milton Ave. Location!!!!

Poor customer service. I stood at the register for 5 minutes while the manager counted money. Never once said hi I’ll be right with you. Others stood around doing nothing. I was literally 3 feet from the manager with no acknowledgement from her at all. I walked out and no one said a word. Never a may I help you, thanks for coming… nothing. I’ll never go back.

My wife just got screamed at by an employee here. They have her the wrong order and the literally screamed at her when she told them it was wrong. They kept yelling at her until she was in years. Then gave her a half filled cup!!! This is a complete joke and a rip off. Who treats their customers this way!!!!!

I love the new Karen's that work here can't a drink order oh there be a new staff next week like always

Message to the owner: just shut this place down. I have been here countless times with the same results 95% of the time. Workers don’t understand what online orders are. Doesn’t matter if you order 5 minutes or 45 minutes ahead, you still walk inside and the order receipt is sitting at the register. This was BEFORE the store doors started getting locked after going through the drive thru and even the sign is off so you can’t see what’s on it. I’ve lost $16 before because I ordered ahead, showed up at 6:30am and not a single light on inside. I called for a refund later that day after the store opened hours later, and basically was refused a refund. Ever single time I order a drink from here it’s always more of a miss than a hit. I would much rather drive 15 minutes out of my way on the way to work to another location in Neloit rather than drive to this location.
