Best coffee ‼️& lunch w/out the ridiculous price gouging

The lady who assisted me and my boyfriend today for a refund for a drink that wasn’t what we expected made every excuse how she couldn’t refund me since I ordered through the app, had someone with the numbers for this transaction come over and she was lovely. Gave me my refund on Apple Pay easy as pie. Then offered me a new drink for the mistake, made me feel welcome however I was honest and told her my drink was fine, it was the other one that wasn’t, so no thank you. My boyfriend mentioned since it was at 5pm that he would take it but would like a free one a different day, and the blonde who made us feel like we were bothering her at her work said so we just refunded you and now you want a free drink? As we were offered it right in front of her, we both said no thank you now and wished her a good day sarcastically since she was disrespectful. We are done doing any service with Dunkin’s after MULTIPLE mistakes, have had them in months, and nothing has changed. Have some respect for your customers, wear more professional clothing, and clean your store.

I was in early this morning and I was not satisfied at all. The lady behind the counter got our order wrong and it should of been on the receipt right. My boyfriend and I were trying to enjoy our donuts and the workers were messing around. I don't know if I will be back in.

Usually the donuts here are perfect. Today was horrible. Ordered mini pancakes and they were all hard and had a horrible smell which reminded me of soy sauce. Not a dunkin donuts kind of ingredient if u ask me. And on top of this I Ordered 4 long John's and all 4 were stuffed into a brown paper bag which made all the long John's covered in chocolate on the wrong side. Horrible service today.

1/3/21 Placed a drive thru order for half dozen. 2 yeast choc frosted 2 Boston creme and 2 choc cream. When I got home almost 2 hours later went to have a choc frosted and it was rock hard. Went to have a Chocolate creme and it was a vanilla creme turns out BOTH were vanilla creme. Add to that never got and was never offered my receipt. When we called about it, we spoke to Meghan. She was extremely rude and questioned as to why we were calling 2 hours later. When we told her where we lived, she spoke to us as if we were 2. Then she said "so I suppose you're expecting me to replace your order" we told her yes because we weren't going to eat old rock-hard doughnuts. If we had been face to face with her, she may have been told where to go and what she could do with her doughnuts. Stopping there on the way back from Madison was always a treat, now not sure if I'd bother turning right onto Milton Ave.

Duncan is consistent, but their coffee is about 75% quality and their sandwiches all seem to be microwaved. I'm pretty sure they don't even cook the eggs there....

The worst dunkin negative 5 stars if possible! Coffee is always burnt tasting and slow. Tried to give it multiple chances my mistake.

Drive through lines are extremely long. The lobby closes often with no notice due to understaffing. They’re frequently understaffed. Drink Orders are frequently wrong. When you do get the right drink, it’s not filled all the way to the top. 25% of the drink will be missing. All the drinks have way too much ice, even when you ask for less ice-half the drink is still ice. The grill is frequently down, so you can’t order any food. The majority of people who work there are teenagers, which isn’t a problem in itself. All the teenagers who work there are pretty nice, but they’re getting paid minimum wage with (what seems to be) little adult oversight. This place is just managed poorly, and it’s a shame because it’s the only Dunkin on this side of town. Also, the lines at the Pine Tree Plaza Starbucks can be just as egregious, but with none of the other issues that this Dunkin location has.

I prefer not to be negative, but oh my goodness…just horrible. Four staff members and took an obscene amount of time and effort to relay a simple breakfast sandwich and order coffee-I will say the woman at the register was very kind and polite and was trying. She clearly did not receive proper training.

Food was worth the wait, which can be pretty long at times. I think they need to get the drive through speaker fixed though, hard to hear while ordering.
