For the price of 34 dollars for two breakfast meals (that came out cold), it wasn’t worth the overly greasy food, greasy menus which need to be cleaned, and the staff who were friendly but didn’t come to our table other than to drop off the food and hand us the check. Go to Perkins
I will never go to a Denny's restaurant again. First time going there our food came out wrong with a waitress who did not seem she wanted to be there. (Today) is the second time that our food came out wrong than what we ordered by the same waitress! The waitress was not professional, and acted like it was our fault she wrote the order down wrong. We were also served a dirty coffee cup, waited over 20 minutes for our check when we clearly done eating. The food isn't bad, but this particular waiter needs to be talked to about customer service. Absolutely terrible service from our waitress.
It's ok not like the old Danny's. The old one you get more taste in your food your hamburger had some seasoned this new one it just like nothing I mean McDonald's burgers got taste. They have good service and the food is cooked in no time at all so your wait will not be long.
So many food choices - Jenna my waitress was excellent!
None of the staff was masked, like they don't care if they get people sick. The saving grace, though, was the server. While I didn't agree with her wearing political gear to work (her "back the blue" bracelet), she did put on a mask when we asked, to minimize contact for my child who cannot be vaccinated. Because she was willing to be decent, it's three stars.
I go to Denny's often usually good service, but this visit disappointing. Menus were very dirty. Food was bad. Waitress disappeared in back, had to ask bus person to find waitress. He went in back, took long time for waitress to come back out to table. I explained issue, sent food back. At this time only 1 other table occupied in whole restaurant, but took till ready to leave to get my food.Hope I can update my review after my next visit by adding stars and praising service
First off, we have eaten at Denny's many times in the past and never had a bad experience. This time however it was terrible. I took my daughter there for a quick dinner, as we were pressed for time. I ordered the Patty melt dinner, and she had the kid's cheeseburger meal. The server was only at our table once to take the order and one more time to drop the food off. The cook in the back (you can see and hear them), was not quietly talking of appropriate things. There was a family at the stools eating, and one that was left at a table. The servers, and the Kitchen staff were dropping the F' Bomb more than I could count, and the conversation was gross to say the least. My little girl pulled a hair out of her mouth that was cooked into the cheese. I looked at her sandwich and there was another in their cooked in. Pretty gross! Because no one came to check in, I had to go over and ask for my check. I was asked how everything was, and I mentioned the hair, but not the swearing for 20 minutes in front of my 8 yr old. If you want a breakfast, I am sure it is fine in the morning, but I wouldn't suggest a later meal- ever
We arrived after seeing a movie and there was plenty of room. I ordered their 5 pepper burger. It had good flavor and not terribly hot. Cheesy fries were a nice combination with the burger.
Professionally clean customer, waitstaff station as well as professional clean cooking area that's visible to the public.Customer focused genuinely friendly easy going diverse staff.Fresh wonderfully good food. We're DEFINITELY happy to be repeat customers.Nearly hospital clean restrooms as well. All around 5 star dining experience! :) :) :)
Waited more than an hour and a half before our food was brought out. People were able to arrive after us and get their food and leave before we were served. It was later explained that our order was only entered half an hour before we received it. Why wasn't it entered right away do meals normally take 40 minutes to enter into the system? Pretty underwhelming hash browns to boot.
