Lobby closed before the time listed.. had to order our birthday cake through the window which was interesting. Everyone working was still super nice.
Excellent service clean dining room that you are allowed to use (unlike a certain chain restraunt down the street) staff was so friendly and helpful (unlike a certain chain down the street the one with a big yellow M). Was even able to help redeem a stubborn old gift card. Came here for desert as somewhere else wouldn't let us sit down. Should have just come here for lunch as well.
Ordered on the app and showed up just after our pick up time at the curbside spot and it said to check in on your phone but that's not a thing. So we waited for 10min and then we called the store and got an odd voicemail box. Backed up and drove around through the drive thru and they were rude.
Very polite and accommodating. Also fairly quick considering how busy they were.
Manager was fun and the whole crew had great customer service
Worst Dairy Queen ever! 3 days in a row they messed up my order! Like how hard is it to read!!!
Not recommended. I definitely work in fast food and swear I just got ripped off with my order. I ordered a small milkshake and payed for a SMALL milkshake. They then gave me my small milkshake in a MINI blizzard cup. I definitely know what 12 oz cups look like so I decided to call back and speak with the manager. She explained to me that they ran out of small clear milkshake cups so they were serving milkshakes in blizzard cups, which happens sometimes. But what bothered me the most is she assured me the MINI blizzard cup size is 12 oz (just smaller looking) but if that is true why did I get a 6oz cup instead of a 12 oz cup? Especially if I payed… then to confirm the lie the manager told me, I looked up the website for Dairy Queen blizzard sizes and shake sizes. Which definitely explained MINI BLIZZARDS are 6oz and SMALL MILKSHAKES are 12 oz. Definitely lost us as customers!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!
Park the people who ordered food in a stall so people who ordered ice cream don't have to wait in line for 45 minutes. Pretty simple.
The service was subpar. My husband and I had a 25 min wait for our food and we were the only indoor fine in customers and they had 3 cars in drive thru that already ordered. All we got was "sorry for the wait" which was nice but didn't try to make it right..with coupon etc to keep us coming back. The food was rubbery and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp too long. Our fries were soggy and our "toast" was just bread heated up. We will stick to the Racine st location.. and skip food in the future
The food is very good for being fast food. My Wife & I enjoy their burgers, sandwiches, fries, cheese curds, chicken tenders, ice sundaes, milkshakes, Moolattes, & blizzards. My grandparents enjoy dining in & visiting me while at this place & enjoying their food & kind, friendly environment.
