Holy Cow! Definitely gotta have it! Omg the ice cream here is fantastic. The cakes are amazing. We’ve now ordered 3 birthday cakes in 2 flavors and they were all excellent. I recommend the peanut butter cup cake, so good.

Just had a really positive interaction with the staff there. I messed up my door dash order, I called the the store and they corrected it! No questions asked, AMAZING customer service!
I’ve loved this place nine out of 10 times. I don’t recommend doing their East Street delivery. The driver was amazing. However, the ice cream was FAR more melted than I would’ve thought. And came later than what it showed. I stuck it in the freezer for a good hour before eating it. And to be peanut butter cups lover with chocolate perfection (or whatever it’s called) it was mostly just plain chocolate ice cream.

I was so excited for an outstanding cone. Got the specialty cone. They asked if I wanted it dipped, sprinkles or dish. We got dipped. Wasn't sure if options were extra. Turns out they were and our bill came to over $16 for 2. I have to say, i was never so disappointed in my ice cream experience. Ice cream not that creamy and did not eat cone...tasted like wax.
This is one of, if not the best ice cream places in Janesville. The workers are nice, and the ice cream has a very nice consistency. You can also mix flavors and toppings. A bit pricier than some of the cheaper places, but would definitely recommend.
