very clean, all games were in service, prizes were cheap
Not a great experience last night..First they made us wait until they stamped 2 large parties that came behind us?Then they told us they were out of cheese so no pizza was being served,ok,then tell us what's available for kids...no luck there,young lady behind the counter couldn't give us basic information or even point items out on the menu (this was our second time at Chucky Cheese's),long story short,we got some food just to get it but we weren't happy.After we ate we went to buy a card so our kids could play and they refused to sell us a 45 minute card because they were closing in 1.5 hour!??Finally,after we begged them they sold us a point card.About an hour later we were leaving and another young lady(one wearing a mask) asked us to show her our wrists so she could shine some light on it,I complied but the rest of my family walked out already, well the young lady started yelling at us that she needed our numbers, didn't answer my question why considering we were leavin ,well,at least she 'stayed safe' while being rude to customers ...
The staff there is very pleasant. It's kind of pricey for their food these days (we haven't been there in a while) but what isn't these days? The games were up to date a lot of cool new games. I highly recommend the timed bracelets if you go on off times (not many birthday parties) you seem to get a lot more bang for your buck.
They are advertising that they are hiring for $8.50. I wonder why they have no food, the lady selling tickets doesn't have any idea why the wrist band on the sign is "best value". This place is a money funnel with a constant flow of parents making it rain for the kids but they can't afford to hire a full staff for decent wages. Here is an example of mismanagement at its worst.
We went there for a birthday party and when we arrived they told us they could only serve pizza in a box and use paper plates. They couldn't use their dishwasher. The place was so chaotic, more than normal. The party had its own issues like no balloons, and missing other things. And we ordered pizza at the start of the party and it came out after almost 2 hours.
Thankfully it wasn't very busy during our visit. Our young children thoroughly enjoyed themselves, not sure if there's enough to keep older children entertained for long. The prices are high for play and food, but everything is nowadays.
Nice and clean. All games worked nicely. Good prices for activities. And good price on variety of food. Like all you can eat salad bar.
Went there to take my toddler to run around. However, there is not a playground just games and only a few for small children. We would have spent hours there if my 2 year old had somewhere to run other than in-between tables and games. Especially now that it's going to be winter time, there are few choices for toddlers to play. Seems like a missed opportunity for chuckee cheese Especially being attached to a mall
Brought my Grandson today for his birthday. Very clean restaurant and the young lady working up front was fabulous! She was so sweet and interacted with the kids. She is amazing and I wish I had gotten her name. Great place to take the kiddos!
