we were travelling back to Indiana and stopped in the store for lunch. Ended up having to change my 5 month old on the restaurant floor since there was no changing table in women's or Men's bathrooms. ?. It's 2022, this should be a requirement of any establishment that allows children. Service and everything else was great.

Never had an issue before. Been going here for years. Last few times ive come in the portion sizes have decreased substantially. My burrito is ~2/3 what it's been the last 3 years.

I ordered from Qdoba through eatstreet and somehow I given yhe wrong order. I had to drive to Qdoba to get the correct order which they had waiting in a bad which has been 45 minutes by now. The manager was NOT friendly at all. He did not even have the common courtesy to offer an apology . I don't care how good the food my be ypu have to also care about your customers and this manager clearly did not care. I am so disgusted with the service I no longer had an appetite or dare order anything again. Do better show your customers you care

The most beautiful Chipotle I've ever seen, looks like a five star restaurant on the outside. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious!

Seriously annoyed at this point. Teach your employees how to portion food correctly. There’s probably 1/4 the portions of lettuce, cheese, and sour cream that should be expected. I only get 3 toppings- how are they ALWAYS shorted?! This happens EVERY time I place a delivery order. I would have gone in to supervise the person making the food but I’m 10 months pregnant and WHY should I have to do that in the first place….?! Come on. This food isn’t cheap- give your customers what they pay for. There’s literally like 12 shreds of lettuce on this. Ridiculous. Wish I would have kept all the other pics I’ve had to take of the scarcely made product.

The dining area was dirty, the area you order at was dirty, one worker was coughing so hard sounded like she coughed a lung, another worker was leaning on dirty counter. There was some down time and they stood around talking. The steak was cold along with the rice. I know there is a holding temp of 140 degrees. Was my first and my last time going to that establishment.

I placed an app order for a 5 pm pickup. I arrived right at 5 and saw through the window that nothing was sitting on the app order shelf and there were a few people waiting inside. At 5:10 I went in and waited. Still nothing. It got to be 5:25 and I finally asked if they were running behind. They asked who I was and then said they didn’t have carnitas. Seriously? You couldn’t have said something sooner to the guy that’s been standing there waiting?

This restaurant was so dirty. We had to sit at a dirty table. There were only 2 other people in the dining area. My feet were almost stuck to the floor. I had to peel them off the sticky floor. Then a few bites of the chicken were all gristle. I had to spit out 2 bites which made me afraid Tibet’s the rest. Probably won’t go again.

I just went in there tonight with my fiancé, and I was blown away by the staff that helped us. I wish I would have gotten the young man’s name, but he really went above and beyond for me. I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, so I can’t have any gluten. I went in and asked him to just change his gloves and told him about my gluten issue, and he ended up changing out the utensils in everything that I wanted for my bowl, wiped the counter down and then thoroughly washed and sanitized his hands and arms before putting on new gloves to make my food. I have a lot of anxiety about going out to eat because a lot of restaurants don’t take celiac disease seriously, but they did. I am really grateful and will definitely be back because of this.

Love the burrito bowls! Delicious, affordable and filling!
