Can you please open the inside for delivery drivers we do not have time to wait an hour in the drive thru for something that is already ready. And it’s not fair to the customers either. Or maybe do curbside.
Disgusting! Won't ever go back again. Called to talk to them about the things found in my daughter's food and the lady hung up on me. So grossed out by the food we received today. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Oh, and waited in drive thru for 25 minutes for the $10 worth of garbage we ordered. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. ?
When ever I go to buger king there are closed only drive Thur but I don’t drive and I have a gift card from there never got to use and horrible series cold food late for ever for food and dirty in side when there are open why don’t they closed down and put something else there I don’t know which they whould but a shake and n shake in there thata whould be better thean buger king
This review is for this location only. The drive through is very very slow. They don't even have one window to pay and one to get your food. I go here alot because I work by it. Also they mess my order about 50 percent of the time. So if you add cheese. Plan on paying for it and not getting it. If you say no lettuce they tend to put nothing on your burger. It's also run down looking and not kept up. I even had an employee try to steal my gift card once. This is definitely the bottom of all burger kings.
The food was awful. My son's chicken nuggets had an onion ring that looked like a nugget, he took a bite and freaked out and refused to eat any more. Won't be going there again.
I love burger King it's the only place you can get a hamburger at 6:00 in the morning everyone else makes you wait till 11:00
I got the two for $6 deal at this Burger King with the whoppers. The food was extremely hot and the staff was very nice. I will recommend coming to this Burger King for anyone who wants a good fast food experience.
Slowest drive thru in Janesville. Foods mediocre. Obviously management doesn't have a clue or just don't care. They should be ashamed. Avoid this Burger King there's plenty of other places to go.
Everytime I go to this Burger King my food is right and hot. I especially like to go here when Leigha is working because she runs the drive through window like a well oiled machine.
Ordered the italian chicken sandwhich. Didnt have hardly any marina sauce on it. Not a good sandwhich at all. Also ordered jalapeno bites. They shrunk to half the size they use to be and were not good at all. Very disappointed in the food I got
