I have NEVER!! An hour and a half it took to order and get food. I live 10 minutes away!! They tried to give me a salad with no chicken and forgot my ice cream. Went back to have them fix it and they forgot my I've cream a second time. Now the kids food is cold. This place gets worse by the day.Update thanks to Drew the manager for taking care of this.
The bartender got my drink wrong (...which was nearly impossible given that it was a rail whiskey and soda) and the counter-person told me that my to-go order would be a 30-minute wait. Decided to have a smoke after ordering, given the implied wait-time. Came back in less than 5 minutes later, another staff member asked me my name and gave me my order from the holding tank.The staff need better training.
Good service but the bonelesss wings were cold and seemed pretty old. Like they made a bunch ahead of time. They traditional wings that my friend ordered were much better.
The food and the service was really food and it was nice because we had a big party and sat us down.
Every time I have been to this location they are out of something. One item, sure that’s understandable. This past time they were out of Angry Orchard tap, onion rings and Captain Morgan. Who runs out of captain. There’s 4 grocery stores within walking distance! My order was incorrect and the wings were so overdone I think chewing concrete would have been more pleasurable
My extended family and I that live in the surrounding area have been testing this location for quality each time we order online. There is a spot for a tip when ordering online and we found that a little odd. There is no immediate option to not tip. We aren't against tipping but to the server. There is no server with an online order "to go". So after a few months and 12 different recorded visits with these online orders we discovered the quility of the food depends on the "tip". Every time we tipped less than $5 at this location all of the wings we order have almost no sauce on them. When I say none I mean we might as well of order plain wings. Clearly the amount of tip u give, which they must see, influences how well your food is made. As of this review I'll be submitting this to the BBB so they can decide if this is a common practice this location takes.
Our server tonight was absolutely... AMAZING. We had a cranky one year old with us and she was sure to bring him his mandarin oranges 1st and was super sweet to him.Definitely a notch above the rest.
Food was cold and you know you can’t reheat fries. I was supposed to pick it up at 5:10 and got there at 5:12pm and I guess that was long enough for the food to get cold? Also, they threw my fries on top of my food… really?(EDIT) Added one star because hostess was friendly and helped me right away when I walked in.
Our waitress was awesome, the food was decent but nothing too impressive either. Just your typical BDubs but this one does have a very friendly and attentive waiting staff.
I had the smashed brisket burger it was really good very filling especially with a large order of fries that came with it my wife had boneless chicken wings and she was very satisfied
