If could would give I zero stars, the staff took over 20 mins to help us one staff member just played around on her phone instead of helping us place was dirty and the workers didn't follow hand sanitizing guidelines. Ordered a chocolate milkshake thing was super runny and was more equivalent to chocolate milk, asked for them to redo and they said no that how are milkshakes are. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS WANT POOR SERVICE.
Rude customer service, the workers seem like I was an inconvenience for them. They even gave me the wrong ice cream. I won’t be coming back
This is NOT a regular Baskin-Robbins store. Dont pay before they actually prep your order.Staff are not trained on basic ice cream service techniques (shake vs malt; scoop size/density are too small) and are quite clueless on what is being ordered. I asked for a two scoop sundae with hot fudge topping, I was offered mocha syrup from the Dunkin Donut menu as a supposed “chocolate sauce“ option as they dont carry BR hot fudge. Mocha flavor is coffee + chocolate - not a viable sub for hot fudge for me. The kicker is that I over paid for the whole experience - ice cream quantity then no topping plus the whipped cream option was another Dunkin substitute. What a disappointment this location is to the Baskin Robbins legacy.

I love their ice cream and they usually have plenty of flavors. Sometimes their place is dirty though. Still like going here once in a while.
Worst place ever. Drove an hour to get there. No Chocolate Mint, No Chocolate, no Strawberry. They had about 4 flavors. They had no to go containers either. Place is dirty, staff doesn't care. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise as a Baskin Robbins.
I definitely do not recommend. Last time I went the guy looked as if I was speaking a different language and I was overcharged for what I got because he did not know how to run the register.Don't go here. Hopefully it'll shut down.Go to the chocolate shoppe over by franklin middle school. Way better and knowledgeable.
The only reason this BR gets one star is for continuing to exist. I’ve lived on the south side of Janesville for three years and I really want this joint to not be terrible. I take the kids here about every six months in the hopes that it will be under new management or something, but no dice. It’s absolutely filthy, they’re always out of everything, and the only thing the staff appears trained on is how to evade direct questions like “do you have any kid’s cones?”. For real guys, you have literally 5 supplies you need to keep tabs on to serve ice cream, and a 700sq ft space to familiarize yourself with. I get that we’re all swimming in the collective waters of uncertainty here, but that’s a question you should totally be able to answer. You could also wipe the counter every once in a while.
They don't carry any of their non-dairy flavors and the employees are not helpful whatsoever. Won't be going back.
Absolutely horrible! I drove 50 mins to treat my family just come to pull up to the establishment closed early... well I wont come to this location again. IF YOUR STORE STATES CLOSES AT 10PM THEN CLOSE AT THAT TIME NOT AN HR TO HR AND HALF BEFORE because you just miss out on 17 people ready to order as well as a ice cream cake. Congrats on your poor judgment.
