it just took 30 minutes to get thru drive thru. manager should be fired. worst service in Janesville
Why put a giant sticker on the bag when out on delivery during the cold. Staple it. Went to pick up my food after getting it doordashed and the bag ripped due to the condensation from the heat and cold mixed with the tension of the sticker. Therefore spilling more than half of my food on the floor. Stop with them do like everybody else come on. Do better.
The staff was excellent!!!! Now getting your hands dry after washing them - Terrible!!!! Paper Towel holder that was full wouldn’t put out towels and I can blow more air out of my mouth than their Super Small hand dryer put out!!!! As for the Food, the Fish was good last night, but was given the wrong fry’s, and didn’t like drink selection on the pop machine. Now I also bought a Rueben sandwich for work today and I think it has to be the second best that I’ve ever hand in life for Corned Beef.
Delicious, fresh food. Options that are different from other drive thru locations to be able to have a change. The food can take a little longer but it is made fresh. Definitely worth the wait. It can be pricey there and equal the amount of going to a restaurant. However, even the ingredients are fresh. Enjoy it as a change when we need one.
The food we got was good. However, they forgot items and the wait was so long.
I’ve only been here 3 times. They already know my name as soon as I walk in. One of the better fast food experiences I’ve had. High recommendation.
I don't even like roast beef but when I have a craving, this is where I go! Disclaimer, do NOT go at noon/lunch hour. The line is around the building. But all things considered they were fast, friendly, and my comfort food definitely hit the spot.
Super friendly employees! Amazing service, brisket was a little lighter on the sauce than some other Arby's I've been to but that's not something that affected my experience!
I was in Arbys this morning picking up my catered order. The manager Leitha Bradford has the best management skills I have ever seen. She was so respectful to all her employees. The serves was great!! Thank you for showing what a real manager should be..
Love love ARBY'S Turkey sandwiches! The workers here are amazing! Always pleasant. I use the drive thru, so I'm not sure if dining room is available.
