So in economics you learn opportunity cost and I need to express this to anyone who is considering eating here past 7 pm. I am sitting in the drive thru at the moment and have only been here for 19 minutes and have am still 4 cars till I can even order. I estimate I will be here for atleast 40 minutes. I am a college student but I still manage to make over 20$/hr and my order total is only 9$ but then I am paying with my time. Do not eat here! It’s not worth your time.
Ya know my old boss once told me in customer service you should never stand there laughing making jokes. Cause the customer might over here and think your talking about them. Ive never been put in a more uncomfortable position as 5 workers laughed and joked back and forth .. while staring directly at me. I could not understand the language so it made it so uncomfortable. I can take being messed with but not knowing and having to sit through that. No thanks I'll suffer through gas station food before I go to Hudson Wendy's ever again
A few days ago while I was in Hudson, my family decided on what to eat. My son wanted McDonald's, while I would feel like Wendy's as usual. I order my food and I was on the way to paying out when the employee noticed that we went to McDonald's first, he went berserk on us, threatening to ban us from coming here for life. Which is why I am never coming back ever.

Seriously the worst customer service ever. I’ve emailed multiple times about my experience to give them a chance to correct it but no response.We went through the drive through and ordered two sandwiches and a bowl of chili. After paying the kid at the window asks what we ordered! After we tell him he walks around confused and then shoves four bags at us and ensures us it’s our order. Two items were the other two were NOT. I get that it’s hard to find employees right now but all I asked is a refund for the items we did not receive with zero response, and no one answers the phone at the actual location.
Spicy nuggets, that's all I hotta say! Yum! Wendy's has the best natural cut fries too!
News flash... we r in the middle of a pandemic, if ur lobby is closed, the carryout shouldn't be an option online. Some of us have timed lunch breaks and not a lot of time to waste sitting in ur always long line. Especially when I was ordering ahead. Now i paid for a meal I couldn't get and I have no lunch. So thx for nothing. I'm hangry!

I haven't been to a Wendy's in years but this did not disappoint! The woman taking orders at the drive thru was very pleasant.
The guy taking my order through the drive thru barely listened to me. Took me forever to order my food. It created a massive backup behind me.Then I get up to the window and they tell me to pull forward after I pay and they'll bring my order out to me. After a 10 minute wait food finally comes out. I asked them what the hold up was and they said they didn't drop chicken (for crispy chicken sandwiches) in time and ran out. So they had to make more.Only reason they get 3 stars is food was hot at least.
