Bad service. Long line to the auto repair shop. 4 hours waiting for the repair of the wheel. When I was already in the shop, I asked the DOT inspection. They said again in line, a new order. OK! 40 min at the reception no one takes the order, they look at the computer. As a result, after 5 more hours it turned out that the DOT master simply did not exist. The day is lost. This is not an American service.
Showers needing updated. The restaurant CLOSED at 430 on Sunday afternoon. Just like most TA and Petros either no restaurant or its closed.
Typical filthy TA. Disgusting leaky toilet bathroom, comically large pile of dirty wet toilet paper in each stall, didn’t dare touch the food. Always disappointing to find out that I have to sleep at one of these, but traffic got me. Just a few more minutes to TWO big Kwik Trips. =(
Small TA with very little stock. Staff was very nice and attentive. My problem is all showers, laundry and truckers lounge are up two flights of stairs. Very hard for drivers with special needs to use them. If that is why you are stopping go on by.
Brought my truck in to have my brakes adjusted after one failed an inspection. Everyone here was super nice and friendly at the shop. The store itself is small and definitely old compared to most but it has what you're looking for. There is a country pride to eat at ir hotdogs and other little warmer foods to eat if you don't want that. There isn't much around but there is a few food options if you don't mind walking. Parking is a little odd but it's doable.
Restaurant closed !!!Lot's of dropped trailers and box trucks !! No parking !!!3 stars for the friendly lady working inside !!!
They have heat and serve food because the restaurant is only open from 9 AM to 5 PM and I’m eating chicken stirfry and it’s really good
Rude lady at front desk of service shop.called for oil change and asked her if fuel filters is available for FRHT Columbia because of pandemic there is parts shortage. And She said bring the truck and she would know it.den wanted to ask other questions and she disconnected the phone.
Another awesome team here fixed my trailer latch and it works better then before.
Interstate WiFi that I pay for doesn’t work here. Blonde hair manager was rude to me. Restaurant is closed.
