Whoever the girl with no name tag is who was working the counter at 9:45 am on 7/10/22 is very rude. Every question I asked she had an extremely snotty response and this is after she ignored my presence for 5 minutes because she was too busy talking to a coworker, needless to say I left without purchasing anything.

Everything is always unavailable and they always make everything watered down, or they over do it. Worst experience ever.

Expensive but cozy
I have had plenty of good experiences with this Starbucks. However there is one cashier I have noticed is very unfriendly and a bit rude with the couple of encounters I’ve had with her. She definitely doesn’t want to be there some days. I ordered a venti iced caffe mocha and noticed it was made in less than a minute. I was impressed but then noticed the insane amount of cocoa powder at the bottom of the cup. Most of it I drank and it was like swallowing dry cocoa powder.. not super impressed this time but hopefully next time will be better!

Mobile order is never an Option here. You close your lobby and then it takes over 20 minutes to get through 5 cars? I normally go to one of the locations in Woodbury at the same time of the day roughy. And they are FAST!
didn’t fill my drink up all the way, i expected more from starbucks… not happy and super disappointed!
