Usually like this place quite a bit, but the past couple times I went a lady with a southern accent was taking orders through the drive through. She was snappy and not very kind at all…coffee was good but her service was terrible
Workers talking loudly to each other (even swearing), making it impossible to concentrate on anything. Even more unnecessary given they are talking through headsets and could be quieter yet still talking loud/across the store

The service at the drive-thru was exceptional. Regretted not having cash for a tip. Try this refreshing drink: iced matcha chai latte with coconut milk ???

Their store hours are very inconsistent. Often only the drive thru will be open, or they close several hours early. Unfortunately the hours and inside closure are not relayed on the app. The drive thru usually has 10-15 cars in it so if the inside is closed it’s a lost cause. No one wants to show up for coffee and learn the store randomly had to close at noon when Google maps showed they were open.Covid has sent businesses spiraling when it comes to staffing, and I understand why hours are so variable. But, Starbucks corporate seriously needs to update the app to allow store staff to leave a note for a location regarding changed hours/ drive thru only. It’s definitely doable for such a large corporation. It would be helpful to all of us trying to get coffee and the staff who I’m sure take slack from upset customers.
Please fix the order ahead option. Haven't been able to use for the last month and I will not sit in line for 30-60 minutes.
Not as friendly as the store in Green Bay where Janet works. Drinks were good.
