Hosted our rehearsal dinner here for our wedding and it was awesome!!! We got endless raving reviews about the food from friends/family and Shawn and team were incredibly accommodating! We had a wide variety of options for food to customize it to what worked best for our budget and taste. We did spaghetti, lasagna and pizzas - all were delicious! Huge thank you to the Post team for making our wedding weekend so memorable!
Great place to enjoy lunch or dinner! Situated in an old post office in Hudson, WI just off the river. Food was fantastic! Decent selection of craft beer and a full bar should you prefer that instead. Service was a little slow, but we’re not going to fault them for that, especially in the current climate of things. All in all, would definitely recommend a visit if you’re in the area! Also, they have complimentary parking behind their restaurant! Cheers!
Amazing drinks and delicious food! The atmosphere was very cool as well!
I am very glad the manager helped us out after some confusion with our reservation, it was a great sign of leadership and taking things into their own hands. Most restaurants don't try to get to this type of personal level and I'm glad the manager or whoever the man was in a black uniform helped out even with things not regarding the confusion. Great work.
Service has really gone downhill since they switched owners. First time we came we waited 35 minutes for our drinks and it wasn’t even busy. Second time we were told by the host we needed to wait to be sad because the servers were too busy but there was only a couple of tables in the restaurant. I get that there is a staff shortage though. We were payed little attention once again and other tables sat after us got their drinks and food before us. Miss the attention we were given previously. Also sad they took tortellini off the menu
After sooo many terrific meals here, it feels unimaginable rating my last experience three ☆'s. Sorry, but he chicken fingers were dry, hard, and greasy tasting. Why is this a big deal? Because Postmark had earned a reputation for consistently serving the most delicious fingers in the valley. What happened? New recipe? New preparation method? Hoping this is an anomaly. All that said, we were a party of 8 and everyone was happy with their meal except the people who took my recommendation on the chicken. And the service was superlative. Thanks again Amy!
Very good food. I was fairly disappointed to see they took the tortellini off of the menu after it changed ownership. All around a good experience though.
We were here for the first time since the new ownership took over. Wait staff was very friendly and on top of things. Food was excellent and desserts were very good also ( drinks go without saying ). There was an odd incident where a couple tried to bring their small dog in and were told no pets were allowed. The dog owner got very confrontational right away. The dog did not have on a service vest and listening to the conversation it appeared the card for the dog was not a legit service dog card. The dog owner seemed pretty hostile and threatened the staff with litigation. It’s not really a place I would bring an animal, unless I truly needed it’s assistance. But then it should have proper credentials. Other than that scenario, things were great and I would definitely return. Lobster Ravioli would be an excellent choice, we also had the walleye which was good too.It was a little noisy but it was crowded that night.
Great place to go grab some lunch or dinner. The only thing I think needs change is the sound, it’s a bit loud in there, they could use some hanging sound blockers. Otherwise the food was great (had the bruschetta, fettuccine Alfredo and Ruben sandwich), and the service was even greater! One of the employees (Matthew) was such a great big smile to be greeted with and a very attentive and hard worker. The GM Shawn was also great and it was awesome to see him walking around helping his employees. Great experience and I’ll be back for sure
We were there for the first time today around 2:00pm. There were maybe 8 other customers in there. They had a section closed off because they were expecting a large group. Our waiter Matt came over and gave us menus. He took our drink order and we waited almost 15 minutes for him to come back over to take our drink order again. He then took our food order. About 10 minutes later our food came out and we had to ask for the bread that came with it. The chicken alfredo was OK, but there was way too much sauce. The broccoli pasta had way too much oil in it. I couldn't even finish it because it was just too saturated in oil. Finally the waiter came back to the table and asked if we wanted anything else. I told him I was done and I'd like the check. He said he'd be right back. Another 10 minutes or so go by and he finally brings the check out. Long story short, we will never be back there. The service alone was horrible. I get that they had a large group coming in, but it's not our problem you waited until 2:00 to start setting up. You shouldn't have made your other customers wait because you didn't plan accordingly.
