Bad Experience.The drive-thru was handled during dinner rush by a young man that just was not ready. He hardly talked and when he did, he was difficult to understand. He was so slow to answer questions that I sat there wondering if he had forgot I was there.Besides that, the chicken sandwich I received was mashed, soggy, and the piece of chicken was about half the size it normally is. It tasted ok, but it had zero crunch. It was a far cry from the 'best chicken sandwich' it raved to be.I had already driven 5 minutes away to a quiet parking spot to eat before hitting the road again before I realized what I received. I thought about going back to complain, but I did not have the time.
I ordered the 2 piece white meat, got 2 thighs! Chicken was not good, and the rice was inedible. I will not be back!
Very upset. We drove 2 hours to get Popeyes from this place. Took 3 people to understand and respond to our question and they still got the wrong order. We asked for 4 breasts, 4 wings and 8 thighs. We waited 20 minutes, they packed our order and we got home with 8 thighs and 8 legs. We verified our order 3 times! English should be first language for at least one of the employees there! Yes, we should have checked, but thought 3 x verified was enough. We will go to Madison from now on. Chicken was crispy, which is why I put 2 star and not 1. Needed more spice.
Well run quick service and a great staff had a chance to see behind the scenes very clean and closely watched on food prep food warmer was down and of course I fixed it but was impressed on how clean it was
Good and fast service and a filling meal. First time at one of these restaurants, the fries were great and the chicken was too. A good fast food stop for a quick bite
We walked in 7 minutes before 8 pm, and two Hispanic women kept yelling that they closed at 8 pm, and we should use drive-thru instead. So, we walked out, and she locked the door 4 minutes before closing.We’re diehard Popeyes customers and we have been to countless number of locations and never been harassed and pushed out the door like that. Obviously, they aren’t trained well to not treat customers like that.
Decent, pretty tasty. not too long a wait. Just not really healthy food, with all the deep fat frying, but hen again, that is what we went to try. So for what it is, it was tasty, filling, real chicken, etc. For 2 of us, we each had a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and only I had a drink. over $18.00. you be the judge on that price.
First time at a Popeyes and it was a great experience. Had spicy chicken sandwich and it didn't disappoint. Also the service was very good and the restaurant was very clean.
Overpriced for the quality. You are 100% better off stopping at your local deli for lunch if you want chicken and potatoes. Popeyes has turned to junk :(
Good food at decent prices. They did mess up my order, even after they repeated it correctly to me. Heads up - their dining room hours weren't correct as of 12/28/21. We stopped 2+ hours before their lobby hours closed and it was closed already. So if you're planning on dining in, call ahead first. Eating in the car isn't always easy!
