One of my favorite places usually, I could eat here everyday, if they had a full menu. Stopped yesterday little after 1pm with the kids for lunch. Could not get a fountain drink with a kids meal, had to be water or apple juice. They said they were out of Beijing beef, wok seared shrimp, and super greens. Kind of disappointing. Used to be pretty affordable too, but bill was over $30 for 3 of us. Orange and honey sesame chicken was good, chow mein seemed like maybe it had been sitting a bit. 3 stars might be too generous, but old favorites die hard.
More than happy to give 4 stars as they usually don’t screw up however as of recent they’ve been making quite a few mistakes. There have been at least 5 times where I’ve been told there is a wait of a food which I have zero issues with. My issue those 5 times is they then gave me wait for more than 20+ minutes and then proceeded to completely forget about my order. They’ve been quick to resolve it and offer up a free plate for the inconvenience. However today I ordered a bigger plate with an extra entree and had a free entree coupon. But it was rung up incorrectly and ended up being $17 and it should have been $14. I know we are all struggling through staffing and what not but proper training and understanding of a POS system is a necessity. They were quick to resolve the issue and refund me the $3. Keep up the great work.
I enjoy eating at Panda Express. Have gotten food from this location several times when in town. Portion is normally consistent from one location to another. Disappointed the last time I went. It was around noon on a weekday. No car on drive threw maybe 3 car on lot. So not busy. Order 2 entrees. When she hand me my food. The food box had about 15 degree angle. My side order cover my entree. I THOUGHT THEY FORGOT MY ENTREE. Since all I see are side order and less then half food. Drove back up to drive threw. Waited a little. End up taking my fork stir my side order around. Realizing my entree is underneath. If u know how small the food container has gotten. Imagine less then half of that is amount of food they gave me. Food is Good. I paid full price but got less then 1/2 of food. This place lost my business
Terrible management of a go to meal location for my family.Almost every time we visit the Hudson Wisconsin location we find the food line empty of every day items. It seems as though the location can not get their act together.Management needs to have the food prepared and ready for sale at opening. They never do.Terrible service, terrible management. If you go to this location be ready to wait for your food.
Used too be really good now the past 4 times I’ve came service had been slow (20 mins waiting in the parking lot for orange chicken and noodles) when I was the only one in line. Food has been cold every-time the last 4 times in a row. I have noticed they clean up at 7:30 when they still have an hour till close. Guess I’ll give leeann Chin a try:)
3/12/22 approximately 7:00 pm. Male yells through speaker that they’re closed, I proceeded to watch people drive through and get food, also called and they said they’re open until 8. Short staff or not, no way to treat a guest. I would’ve been happy to wait….
Absolutely terrible. Don’t even want to give a star to this place. Went there multiple times get the same thing every time. chow main, two entrees teriyaki chicken and one entree orange chicken. But three time in the row they didn’t give me orange chicken and straw. The attitude are horrible as well. How they behave in front of customers shows they don’t care at all.
I went here with Chris Hartke. We had terrible food and the drive thru took over 15 minutes. Luckily there is plenty of other options near by because Chris and I won't be back.
Worst place ever. Never will I go they're again. They didn't have no food made, had to wait 39 mins for the food and they acted like they was upset with us about it. So rude. DON'T do the receipt code for a free item. A JOKE. it's a 1 bite sample guys and the survey took 15 mins. The food was gross to. Burnt chicken and the noodles and rice was dry
This place is open for like 2 hours a day now (I know employee shortage, but still other restaurants manage) and then when they are open they seem to only have 1/2 their menu prepared and they never have won tons or egg rolls anymore. Guaranteed that at least one of your entrees (or even the chow mien or fried rice) will be a 5-10 min wait. So bad that they had to allocated parking stalls to people waiting for their order from the drive through. The kids and I went in for dinner tonight, they had nothing of what we went there for prepared so we just left. Very disappointing.
