Staff was rude and frankly very weird. I’ve felt more comfortable in welcomed in public restrooms without stall doors. Food was fine and the workers making food were the only ones doing anything. I understand fast food work is not fun but have a little bit of pride in yourself. A worker was touching a customer and grabbing them, making the environment uncomfortable and awkward. Workers having fun is one thing and I totally understand, but they were beyond horrible here. Please find new staff.
Noodle bowls are decent, service was good. Better ingredients and flavor than fast food with the fast casual experience, and price is comparable if you skip the sugary drinks and opt for water. It's healthier too!
The food itself is all good, but this one is curbside only apparently permanently, they haven't had their doors unlocked for a very very long time. At least every time I've gone there for the past year.
The quality seemed good but the amount of ingredients in the salad was a bit sparse. I had the Mexican salad. The Tomato soup tasted like spaghetti sauce. It was good but odd. They used high quality mixed greens which was very nice.
They don’t let you go in to order. You have to go online and make an order then wait forever for them to make it. But you can go in to pick it up. So dumb. I have horrible service and couldn’t even make my order. So they lost business. I won’t go here again.
Ordered delivery and food was freshly made and tasty arriving when promised. I had ordered two desserts though and received only one.
We haven’t been to Noodles in quite some time and when we went, they brought us the wrong order and said they were “really backed up.” The bacon we added to one of our bowls was completely uncooked and cold. We asked for extra cheese sauce and didn’t get it. We also got the grilled chicken kids meal and the marinara was not given and the chicken was cold. I understand they were busy but they should make the food correctly the first time so we didn’t have to complain and request our food to be remade.
I payed extra for additional toppings, and what you see below is what I got. Three partial mushroom slices and a clump of avocado the size of a marble. When I called to complain, the manager hung up on me. The Hudson Noodles and company offers the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life.
The 2 different pastas we ordered had no where near the amount of flavor they usually do. It tasted like eating noodles with tasteless sauce. The penne was extremely chewy. And the tomatoes/spinach that came in the Alfredo were still cold. They hadn't been cooked at all.
Stopped here after a long day at work to grab two meals for takeout. It took 50 minutes, yep, 5-0 minutes to get the food. Not particularly busy, two families eating in and everyone else waiting for takeout. The employees were trying but it just wasn’t working. Every time you go to this location there isn’t enough sauce in any dish…you have to ask for (and pay for) extra sauce, which amounts to about 3 teaspoons in a separate container. The last two time we got food from here it was bad and this time was no exception. The Japanese noodles were gluey with barely a vegetable (broccoli, carrot, mushroom) to be seen. The penne Rosa with Parmesan chicken wasn’t good either. Dried out noodles, barely any sauce, and dry chicken. So on top of the bad food I waited 50 minutes on a Wednesday night to get it. Never again. Three strikes.
