Surprisingly busy for a Sunday evening. Fast service a very extensive menu for basically serving just burgers or chicken sandwiches. We ended up building our own burgers which were juicy and very good, the buns were exceptional. We also tried the Curd Sampler which we recommend and the onion rings which were very good.

Friendly and attentive staff plus the food is great! Plenty of drink options as well! They are known for all kinds of tasty burgers, vast tap beer selection and huge golf ball sized cheese curds! We opted for the “fair curds” which are the smaller option and the hickory burger, definitely recommend both!
AWESOME food! Hickory Cheddar and Brown Sugar & Smoked Cheddar burgers are what I would highly recommend. Funnel Cake Curds are definitely something you need to try once in your life.
A+ We were in town for Father's Day and they treated me to free cheese curds, they were huge and delicious. I especially liked their marinara sauce, it has a unique blend of seasoning, slightly spicier than regular marinara but that made it amazing! I had the hickory cheddar burger, my son had boneless wings, and my wife had the Wisconsin smashed burger. All were great. Their homemade french fries stood out also. I was happy we picked this place! I tried the Kid Kölsch tap beer, and wish I would've had the Honey wheat or spotted cow. The Kölsch reminded me of a 40oz of Old English 800! Youthful memories I guess, lol. Try this place, they have a ton of tap beer, something for everyone!
Lived up to the other reviews. Had a short wait but once seated was serviced quickly. Ordered Bloody Mary. Sausage was substituted for celery which was disappointing since this was one of the reasons I chose this one over bacon Bloody Mary. Sampler fried cheese curds and then quesadilla appetizer. Chicken was in abundance. Overall great food.

Been wanting to check this place out and I'm glad I did! The classic cheese curds (size of a golf ball) were soo delicious! The beer battered onion rings are not my favorite and the burger was ok. They don't take reservations so expect to wait. They offer happy hour from 3-6.
We were staying in a nearby hotel and ordered from MBC. they were ready within 10 minutes and they were amazing. You will never be disappointed.
Excellent food and drinks with great staff. I had a MBC bloody and Nashville Hot chicken sandwich while Hubby had a burger and beer. We also split the cheese curd sampler. So much food! Will definitely visit again!
