Pizza fries were dry, overcooked with very minimal cheese. Wait staff did not bring us more sauce when we asked. Certainly a change from what they used to offer.
Just terrible now service, the food, the patio, no delivery the last 3 times I've called even though the website claims they deliver. Has really gone down hill! Train the staff better and post your hours to be more accurate just ridiculous.
Last time I ordered food here was 10 years ago and I got terrible service and my pizza was given to me upside down. I thought I’d try again and just today, I ordered a breakfast pizza at 10:45 am and was told they would call me when it was done in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I called back and they still told me it would be 20 minutes and claimed that they just put it in the oven. Another hour later I call back telling them I don’t want the pizza anymore because it’s been 2 hours and they continue to claim that it’s still currently in the oven. I tell them its taken too long and that I don’t want it anymore. Another worker who sounded like a teenager was yelling things like “I love you long time” and “ok daddy” into the phone. This place is a sad excuse for a business. Overall absolutely horrendous customer service and seems like nothing has changed. Don’t ever eat here.
We love the new menus! The food is amazing. The only complaint would be the wait time, we totally understand about the shortage of workers but, we got there and we have service right away. It took 30 minutes to get our food, then after we were done it took 20 more minutes to get our check and check out. And it seemed as if there was plenty of staff on . Maybe just an off night. Well be back!
Picked up some Corn Beef and Cabbage from your place today for lunch. It was amazingly delicious. Great portions and the veggies were perfectly cooked. Since I work second shift, I stopped at Paddy Ryans to pick up a Corn Beef and Cabbage meal from there, to have for dinner. Their meal didn’t stake up to yours. It was more expensive and less quality. Congrats to serving great food along with great service.
Food was great. Drinks were good. Waitress was personable and wonderful. Go there. You will have a very nice time! Prices were great also
This place was great , lots of selection for food and drink , great prices .We were a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed their food and drinks and our server was awesome , the owner stopped to see if everything was OK .I had a deep dish pizza - it was GREAT !!!!!! We'll be back :-)
Food is great, staff is always friendly and helpful! There was a mixup with one of my orders due to a misunderstanding and in the middle of a snowstorm. The manager, Seth, personally apologized and offered to give my family and I a free meal the next time we ordered. I called a few weeks later and he remembered me and made good on his offer. I’ll absolutely continue to frequent this establishment. Great customer service. I never leave reviews but I wanted to call this out. Too many negative reviews online and these are good people with a good business and good food!
Worst place to eat ever! The burgers were old and tasted like they been in the fridge forever, the onion rings were cooked in really old oil so they were soggy and tasted awful. No flavor to anything!! I would not recommend anyone eating there!!
I was very disappointed with everything but the service the meal was literally out of the freezer, the jalapeño poppers and potato skins were frozen and then I got my Berger it was absolutely drenched in bbq sauce to the point everything was soggy and nasty I asked for my burger medium rare and it was like cardboard very disappointed don’t recommend this restaurant
