The food is delicious! However the customer service at this location is lacking. The store closed at 9 pm. We walked in well before 9, enough time to order and get out by close. We ordered 2 warm subs, 1 cold sub, and a kids cold sub. While filling our drinks waiting for the warm subs, the younger guy that had made the warm subs walked them over to us. When he handed us the subs, he commented, “We close in 3 minutes. Next time, please bring a family in sooner, not right before we close.” Last time I checked, when you close at 9 that means 9! We walked out of the place at 8:55. As we sat in the car, the same guy walked out and locked the door at 8:56. It was very rude of him to tell us to come earlier, especially when we were actually out of the store before closing time!! It makes sense why we had previously stopped at this location, and it had closed before the posted closing time. Will be avoiding this location in the future, if possible!!
This was my first time ever at this place and my last time at this place. I went in to order my food and the menu was confusing. I order my sandwich they didn't even asked me for any additional toppings on my sandwich. Then the person who was taking our ordered just left with no reason what so ever. There customer service was not good at all.

I visited this location on Saturday evening and, The place was a mess. I had to ask them to clean the counter off before making my sandwich. There was lettuce, vinegar and mayonnaise everywhere. The meat cutter could have been cleaner. The knife to cut the sandwiches was laying on the counter by the cash register. The trash can was overflowing with garbage. Need to clean up more
We really like their sandwiches. The ingredients are fresh and very good.The problem is at the Hudson location they do not get the bread done enough. Its too soft! I have had them at the two locations near where I work in Plymouth MN many times and they are much better. They get the bread done!
Wife and kids love this place. Makes for an easy option for dinner on the go or busy nights.One issue with Jersey Mike's as a whole is the wildly different portion amounts you can receive from location to location or even time to time at the same location.

I love their sandwiches and like to do online ordering. The only negative is not having a person to hand over the order. I had to wait for several sandwiches to be made for in store customers before an employee could get the pick up orders that were ready to be handed over.
The one thing people need to understand is, Since Covid, good help is and always hard to find! They're understaffed, overworked and not treated so well by some customers... Have some patients people! They're doing they BEST they can with the volume of business they're dping
