What a mess. Not only were our orders rang up wrong, they weren't made how we wanted them or how they were on the receipt. When the manager was helping me take care of our incorrect order, the guy at the register "offered" to eat the burgers that were made wrong. It took just under an hour from walking in to leaving with our correct order.TL;DR - find another place to eat.
Only two dudes working today, and they are both rockstars. Seriously, I was in awe at how they were able to keep any orders coming out. Place was packed, wall to wall, line of at least 10 when I came in, and they had it rolling smoothly. I am guilty of mostly leaving reviews when I have a bad experience somewhere, but I had to take the time to leave this good one. To the two of you working today, thank you. I have never had a bad experience at any 5 Guys location, but this was incredible. Taking the first bites right now, amazing!
Always a fan of Five Guys. I appreciate how they don't start my fries till I get there when using the mobile app.
Homie forgot to put my burger in the bag. I was a few miles down the highway when I realized this, and it was too far away to turn around and wait for another one.
Last couple times my friend were like and tasted stale like there were there since they open the store a little upset but what can I do do come on 5 guys I got faith
Ate at the Hudson location last Saturday!! Frick!! I love it sooo much. The crew was busy and poppin off orders for everyone! Also my peanut butter and banana shake was worth the unfitting feeling in my jeans! Great job you guys. Thank you for being the best around!!
Expensive with cheap quality. Great service on the other hand. The self serve soda station was a little dirty but it gets busy so it's understandable.
Always fresh ingredients makes this a must try burger joint. The Cajun style fries are great too. Portion sizes are not for the faint of heart. One regular size fry can easily be split between two people (with fries to spare!) -- I also enjoyed their free in-shell peanuts ? while waiting for my order to be completed. And, the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine rounds everything out for the perfect cheeseburger... cheeseburger... coke!
My first time in this 5 Guys Burgers location, which I like to term as "fast casual" dine-in style of dining. Garrison and his crew do a phenomenal job here. Great tasting food, great service, and made fresh to order (with no preservatives or additives, which is nice.) Most definitely will be back for the number one "all the way" burger! Thank you FIVE GUYS BURGERS of Hudson!
They have a well trained staff and the GM is a very nice and polite person to work with when ordering.
