Good sandwiches and soups. Can’t go wrong for a quick meal.The only thing I will say is, sometimes you can’t tell if the store is open because none of the staff are out front during slow days.Other than that, highly recommended.

The guys working were super friendly and everyone loved their sandwiches. The place was very clean. No complaints here.
Under new Management!! During the past year or two they went through some tough times and like everyone else were short staffed, long wait times, etc. However, I recently went there and they appear to have made changes for the better! Ordered a gluten free meal and the workers were friendly, knowledgeable (making sub at separate station), quick, and the place was clean. If you've been avoiding E & G, it's time to go back and give them another chance!
This is my favorite sandwich chain. I have had solid service even throughout the pandemic. The flash is where its at! Thanks for keeping those sandwiches pumping! Parking is very easy and if you want to sit inside to eat they have big windows for wonderful natural light.
I feel bad for the workers. They are doing best job they can, good for them. Shame on managment which in turn comes down to ownership. They are understaffed and should be there themselves helping until it's fixed. Multiple people leave waiting to order and for their food. They are missing out on money and would be smart to take responsibility. Food is good, although not made correctly. Will give them a few months to correct things before coming back. Owner please respond!???
Upon arriving to E&G on Friday, the manager on shift was grousing out loud about being short-handed and hating the company. Said manager was also very demeaning to, & berating the only coworker that he did have working with him (middle-aged male.) The only saving grace to this whole fiasco/debacle was the one lone worker was very friendly to the customers, and trying hard to get them their orders under extremely dire and unenviable work conditions. This establishment needs an overhaul with an undercover boss to revamp the operations before it goes under.
Very surprised by a rogue manager there, who openly bashed the company in front of others and groused that he was working too many hours.
We appreciated the kind and prompt customer service. Connor did a great job! I wished I had some cash for the tip jar.
Terrible place to order. Ordered 3 times in the last 3 weeks, each time they have "lost" our order after calling to see where the orderis. Don't waste your time. We give them a chance, time and time again and each time it's TERRIBLE. The people working that answer the phones don't have a clue and the "manager" is never present to speak with.
