Usually I love this place. But recently I went in to order my 8 pancakes, and noticed a women behind the counter, wipe her nose with her hand and pick up a clean plate. That's not okay!!! If she would've washed her hands before touching stuff, I wouldn't have mind, but that is exactly how someone spreads bacteria. I walked out and ate breakfast somewhere else.
I've been a frequent customer late night... work hours... All said and done Tonya F. has always been amazing! Her smiles shines through. She's always positive especially with drunkards all around. She's professional and kind!
Terrible food! My family & I went out to eat for dinner Friday evening only to have waited over an hour for our meal and a lot of the food was over cooked/fried. Bread burnt, fries over done, as well as tortilla chips with very little queso to even eat them with. My husband was the only one who had a Grand Slamwich and he woke in Saturday ill. Throwing up, horrible stomach pains and sick all day. Something was obviously not cooked well in his meal. Most definitely will not eat there again!!
Sat right away. Place was maybe at 20 percent capacity, if that. Server came back after 10 minutes and took our drink and meal order at the same time. Another 15 minutes and we had our drinks, 2 waters and an iced tea. The iced tea had some unknown substance floating in it. We left another 15 minutes after the drinks arrived, before the food was even on the grill. Bathroom floor was soaking wet from wall to wall. This is BY FAR the worst Denny's I have ever been to. I will never return to this location. I can't even understand how this place makes money. I would give zero stars if I could.
I love love love Dennys. Their cinnamon roll pancakes are to die for. Unfortunately today I walked in to enjoy my favorite meal and was greeted with a very angry cook that sent me away saying the kitchen was closed and he that he "had less than an hour to do a lot of $h*t." I've worked in the food industry for many years and I understand the frustration that comes with having lots of customers come in when you're trying to finish up some other work but that treatment was unacceptable. I was very upset to have been treated that way at one of my favorite restaurants especially when I thought they were open 24/7. Not only does the website say 24/7 the HAND WRITTEN sign on the door also says they're open 24/7. I'm not sure when I'll be giving them my service again if I ever do.
This might have been the most depressing wait staff I have ever experienced. It was my birthday and although I don't expect a rousing applause I do expect some civility and perhaps a greeting of Happy birthday. This staff was having none of it and refuse to smile throughout our entire dining experience.
Amazing food, the music they were playing today was awesome. Very relaxing fun meal. Definitely will be coming back. Way to go Hudson, WI Denny's!!

The food the excellent and the service was very helpful and nice.
We came in and there were only three other customers. It took 20 minutes to get our salads. The food.was bland; the best part of the meal was the garlic bread. The quality of ingredients you could tell weren't great; the salad and tomatoes were old.
