Good coffee and pastries with quality ingredients. They're pricey but have comfortable sitting areas and are a great alternative to Starbucks.

Very tasty coffee, staff was very understanding of travelers needing to take time and consideration and very friendly! 10/10

The girls working were friendly and did an exceptional job. 5/5

Stopped for some refreshing drinks for my family after hiking Willow Falls and Peyton✨ served us. She has great energy and was a pleasure interacting with! My mango tea with a shot of syrup was delicious! Thanks, Peyton!✨

(I was in a hurry and walked out without any coffee). We were on a road trip with a crew and everyone went to their own place (quick trip / McDonalds.) I wanted coffee so I walked quite a distance to get there. There was was excessive small talk between the customer in front of me and the employee. The lingering went on for a while so I decided to use the restroom and go back and order and there was still talking. I am waited again.. frustrated… I Walked out. Went a few hundred more miles without coffee. Oh well… disappointing to say the least. A red bull from quik trip will do I guess…ps while “waiting” I noticed the upholstery on the bench on the wall by the corner was all tattered up. Fix that… its noticeable.I am usually a VERY patient person and rarely write bad reviews (check my feedback)

I have been coming to this location for the better part of 6 years but, over the past few months, I have had a few things that has me deciding to take my business to the location across the highway or the Starbucks two blocks away. This morning, I went through the drive-thru, per usual. For the past couple of months, they have quit telling me my point balance. It is weird I have to ask but, not worth complaining about until today. When I asked, she told me she was already out of that part and I can look up my points on the app. I do not have the app. I asked her if I had a free drink, she told me I would have to look that up on the app. So basically, that is not their job and I should have to look online before I get there to know something that comes up on their computer to take my order.Generally, I would just get over it but again, past couple of months have been different. Last month on January 14th, (my birthday and a coworkers last day) I had placed a $50+ order online for pick-up at 8 AM. I walked in about 10 minutes early. The girl didn't bother to look up from the paper she was staring at and asked if I could help her. I told her I was there to pick up the order I placed the night before. Without looking at me, let alone asking for a name, etc. she turns and points to the back and tells me that's were I need to pick up any orders. Being early, I waited 10 mins. Left to my car for another 5 and came back in and waited 10 mins more. Finally, another girl working in the drive-thru asked if I had been waiting. I told her I had a $50 order. They told me to go to the location across the street because it was not there. Being flustered, I just went, showed the location across the highway the receipt, they told me that I was at the right location to begin with. I walked in, showed them my receipt and then they made my order. This order was for my office. I was 10 minutes late to work and half of the office had to leave for their appointments, without the breakfast I promised them.I wish I remember her name but, both of these occurrences were with a thin long, dark haired girl, that I only presume is the manager since in the first occurrence, she was the one the girl referred to fix the situation. I would presume she is not the manager since she didn't bother to acknowledge me for my large order and is the one that basically didn't need to look up my points because there's an app.My family and I spend around $200-400/mo. at this location and we will be boycotting this location for a couple of months. Hopefully when (if) we start coming back in the summer, these things will change.

Busy like most. Fire place isn't on most of the time. Which is nice in the winter. Kinda cold inside. Service was good.

I love Caribou, and as a single mom I typically only treat myself to it one or twice a month. The last couple of times the drinks have tasted like the coffee is burnt or something ??‍♀️ ..... I typically get a Caramel high rise with half the espresso and my SO gets a vanilla white mocha. Last week we were going to St Paul, so by the time they cooled off enough to try.... it was too late to go back. Mine was undrinkable and he added A LOT of creamer to make it work ? very disappointing when you save up for a treat for yourself and can't even have it.

Always a great place to grab coffee and bagels. Toasted everything bagel and coffee is what we needed for our out of town trip. Located just off the highway.

I worked here for 6 months and met some of the companies most amazing people! The current GM is the reason I became an AGM for a different location. This store is the busiest store I have worked at, including our corporate location! Everyone at this location works so hard and invests so much of themselves into serving with the best love they can. This is also the hardest location I have worked at, out of 12 stores. They are busy enough to have more people on staff than they can physically fit in the mornings. Please remember to vocalize your opinions/our mistakes, but be kind because they are humans too ??
