DO NOT COME HERE… The bad, horrible service starts at the front door, woman was incredibly rude to me. The service is dreadful, slow.The place smelled SO BAD as well, yuck.Please do yourself the favor of avoiding this location and go to Buffalo Wild Wings.
We visited on a Saturday evening with 2 young kids, got there about 5:20 based on time stamp of leaving our house. They seemed a little hectic inside, but several open tables. We did notice large sports team groups there, one leaving and one just got there. We were seated after a few minutes and were able to order apps and drinks pretty quick. Noticed the really large group was just ordering drinks, commented to my wife that we should have ordered meals too so we had them in before the large group, but at least we had appetizers so we could be patient. After about 10 minutes or so the waitress brought the kids juice boxes and waters for us, said the bar tender would be working on our drinks soon. Waited another 15 to 20 minutes and nothing. Noticed food kept coming out to other tables around us, they were getting drinks. We had no more updates from the waitress, tried to flag her down to order our food at one point but couldn't get her attention. Noticed the bartender getting out the blender maybe for our blended Margherita? Nope, looks like he was making shakes and drinks for the large group. At that point we gave up hope and patience and left at 6:05. Left a 5 on the table for juice boxes, and went to the bar to tell the waitress to cancel our order.We knew it might be slow, but the service was nonexistent. At least give us an update or something on our food. Other than the one stop with the juice boxes, there were no other updates for 20 minutes. We don't go here often, as it does seem to be one place where we run into service issues regularly over the years. You'd like to think it would change. Worst part was, aside from being down 5 bucks, if we had left before 6 I would have gotten my 250 steps for a 9 out of 9 day!! I can't really recommend Applebee's, if it looks even remotely busy, or hectic, you might want to try elsewhere.
This place is hit and miss... more miss than hit... maybe we are lucky that way. We asked the waitress 5 times for a missing item... finally received it after paying our bill and asking to talk with the manager...we were waiting for the missing item for 15 minutes after we finished our entree... The missing item was supposed to arrive before our appetizer... Our appetizer arrived at the same time as our entrees... One of our meals was okay and the other so so.
We like Applebee's occasionally. We were very confused at this location. When we walked in the place was almost empty. We waited for a table but it took a very long time for someone to come help us. We almost left because we thought they might not be open. The food was good and the service mediocre, especially since it wasn't busy. We'll go back but it's not our first choice.
Came here with a fairly large group. Food was delicious and workers were professional. Reduced 1 star because we called a day in advance for the group meal but it felt like they could have used another waiter/waitress as ours and the others were fairly busy and in result, we didn't get our food order in until about 40+ minutes after arriving. We spent over 2 hours here, which is on the longer side in my opinion. Otherwise no complaints.
One was online that I wanted. Second is what we got! Not even close! Terrible difference:( never again at this location!

The chicken broccoli Alfredo was flavorless with broccoli that was a little u der done. The onion rings were little overdone. So it was not a terrible experience nor a very good one so 3 stars
I loved the food and the drinks (I would try the perfect margarita it is delicious) the staff are very friendly and they made sure both me and my fiance are enjoying our time in Applebee's. I will most definitely be coming back here.
My kids corn dog was ice cold in the middle the tomato basil soup was awful, it looked like the croutons were in there for three days; soggy and swollen. Front staff was great though they work hard. My chicken sandwich was good. Giant chain corporate greed = low quality
