The best custard you will ever have!!
Food is okay, but it got very, very expensive. Not a good value for the money. Custard is delicious, but also pricey.
ordered 2 meals and two sundaes for after the meal. brought out sundaes before meal. returned sundaes and brought out meal. Chicago hot dog bun was hard as a rock. Disgusting! Employ were no help. Totally incompetent people working here. NOT coming back to the howard location.
Our kids love to eat here so we usually oblige. Typically the grilled chicken sandwich can have a lettuce wrap substituted for the bun. However, tonight it came out as an actual wrap which I can't eat due to gluten. When I asked if they could remake it, they simply unwrapped the wrap and dumped the entire contents onto a leaf of lettuce.
This drive through girl pressured us to pay her tip rudely and we felt extremely uncomfortable. She also gave us our ice cream first even though we had to wait for our food in the car for 30 mins. So all of our ice cream got melted as we waited. Her incompetencies as a drive thorough worker and the fact that her little brain couldn’t process simple tasks wouldn’t have bothered us as much if she wasn’t that rude. She was Caucasian probably in her teens with blonde hair with a nose ring. Will not come back next time. (5/20/2022 around 6:30)
It took a half hour for them to bring us melted ice cream that wasn’t even mixed. All I ordered was ice cream and it wasn’t busy.
Better custard than other chain custard selling restaurants. I like that they team with other local businesses for their flavors and products.
Usually a bunch of teenagers working who try to get you get the door right after you have ordered, but overall good food
Omg I wish I would have taken a picture. I had their peanut butter fudge yogurt blast. I must say it was the best yogurt I ever had! highly recommend going there again. Staff was amazing & friendly. A must visit !
Really like the Chicago Dogs, nice fries DIY drinks. Frozen custard of the day for afters. Nice lunch.
