Horrible customer service, especially Noah!! My daughter left her sunglasses when we were there for lunch. We called and spoke with a lady who said yes they had them and we could pick them up the next day. Arrived to pick them up and they mysteriously disappeared. All the manager said was he wasn’t working so he knows nothing! I asked if he would talk to person working last night and he said he didn’t know who was working. I asked him to check his schedule and he said he doesn’t have one.. They were not willing to help at all and had the absolute worst customer service!

Stopped here for dinner on a recent visit to Green Bay and Lambeau as it was near our hotel. This is a large restaurant with a nice sandwich menu in a typical bar/distillery-type setting. Our burgers and fries were quite good and the service was decent.

HUGE SUCESS! From the rehearsal dinner to to the reception, Mike and his team at GBD hit it out of the park. Fantastic food, fantastic service fantastic bartenders! GBD made our wedding event perfect in every way.

My wife and I stopped in to start our vacation, well that was a mistake. The service at the distillery was a disappointment, the bartender was rude and seemed like she hated to be there working. We asked about the spirits, she wasnt the best of help. I had a Gin Bay Cooler, well that was a mistake, I should have ordered a Lemonade with no alcohol. There was no watermelon liquor and maybe .5 oz of gin. Only tasted the Lemonade. I will NEVER go back to this location, nor should you.

My wife and I finally decided to go out to eat lunch inside a restaurant for the first time since the pandemic began, yes long wait! We used to enjoy GBD so why not try it again!! We were greeted by Brandon and seated us right away, he left a vapor trail of cologne behind him as we followed, way too much cover scent Brandon! It was really bad. He took our drink order and seemed really depressed, he couldn’t recommend anything for us, nothing special I guess so we just ordered a beer and one Malibu n Pepsi, Good beer! Brandon returned with drinks and the cover scent. We asked about the pulled pork but he told us he wouldn’t recommend it because it’s hard to chew- really tough meat cuz they just grill it - Same goes for the steak sandwich. We both ordered burgers, the Whiskey bacon burger for me with flash fried onions and whiskey bbq sauce, she ordered the cheese burger. Long wait for our food for a restaurant with only a few people inside, must be a reason for this? I got a perfectly cooked burger with really good crispy bacon on top…but canned dried French fried onions sprinkled on top, not what it says on the menu! No flash fried onions at all. Also only received about 15 French fries. Her burger was way over cooked and only had a few pieces of shredded cheddar on top, looked like a hockey puck, her lettuce was hanging off the plate on Brandon’s hand as her served the plate so she didn’t eat that, she only had about 12 French fries, too bad because they are good. He never returned to ask how the food is, never thought he would return to give us the check either. Finally my wife left me at the restaurant, I got stuck waiting for Brandon. I finally walking up to the bar to ask for the bill but suddenly Brandon (mr excitement) showed up with my bill, his cologne scent soon after. I didn’t tip him well because of all of this, don’t worry we won’t bother you again Brandon, cheer up! We will go elsewhere next time.

Friday night fish fry and old fashions were delicious and Salena was a great, friendly server!

Staff seemed lethargic and food quality is okay.

Had dinner here on a friday with the family. The place is right next to the packers practice field. Plenty of parking and space inside. Had the spinach and artichoke dip with chips and the chicken tenders. Tender were excellent, the dip was not any good. Something about it was off. Skip that and go for something else. Place itself is really cool though, excellent spot for a beer!

Good all around experience friendly staff and good food and spirits.

Fantastic staff and atmosphere! The food was pretty good. Tried the suggested Thai Curds, and my son and I shared the Gouda Patty Melt and Whiskey Bacon BBQ Burger. Wasn’t too impressed with the curds, the BBQ burger was ok, but the patty melt was awesome. Can’t lose getting the tater tots. Didn’t try the beer or vodka. They did have games, pool tables, ping pong tables and more in the back. I will tell you something I learned...18-20 year olds can order a drink as long as they’re with their parent(s).
