The food is fantastic and the owners and staff are as well !
This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I went there with my partner for their birthday in may and walked in 40 minutes after they opened, waitress was rude and quite honestly mean. We were rushed out as soon as our food was in front of us we were told “we’re going to need this table very soon” and there was only one other family in the building. Chef was wonderful but the experience was sooo not worth it.On top of that my mom called the owner after I had told her and he was just as bad as her. This place should be shut down. The food is good but it just honestly isn’t worth the emotional damage?
Sad to have to give this review one star as it is very undeserving of it. The bartender was extremely rude, could not enjoy my meal at all due to the awful service. Asked for crab ragoons and she said “this is a Japanese restaurant.” I politely asked why the menu says very clearly crab ragoons and she said “i don’t know we don’t serve that” her tone was unnecessary and impolite. Not to mention the hibachi dinner was nothing special very mediocre, while the appetizers were well below mediocre. The potstickers were unedible and tasted like plastic. Happy to say I will never be returning to this restaurant.
Yesterday I called in an order for the clear soup that is served during dinners at Timsan’s as my daughter currently can only consume liquids due to complications of a medical condition she has; and she really loves the soup. When I arrived to pick up the four cups of soup, I was informed that per Tim there was no charge and something along the lines of “he hopes your daughter feels better.” I was so surprised and moved by this act of kindness for a child he did not know, meanwhile running a business. Needless to say, if/when my daughter’s condition improves we will return for dinner and hopefully she can thank him in person. ?
This place was horrible. The bartender was rude. Was in such a rush for my entire party to get there to seat us. The cook burned our food. He drenched everything he cooked in what he called “Japanese ketchup” which was actually soy sauce. That resulted in our food being very salty. It was a lot of food but I trashed what I didn’t eat. I would only recommend this place to my enemies
Nice nobody there, on a thursday.4adults 13year old and a5year old.fun for everyone. Everyone taste tested .little salty but overall good.
Once again we had an outstanding experience at Timsan’s. It started with a warm, welcome greeting and great drinks. At the table we had friendly, excellent service, delicious food, and witty, entertaining, and talented chefs. We were celebrating a birthday and each employee seemed to go out of his/her way to make our birthday guy feel special.
As always we had an excellent meal and not to mention pure entertainment from Tim. Tina was excellent as usual. Left with a to go box full of leftovers for tomorrow. I have never had bad service and surely have never left unsatisfied. Thanks again Tim and Tina for the excellent dining experience!
We came to celebrate my sons birthday. The chef who prepared our meal was very entertaining and friendly. The food was very good. The only downfall is the waitress we got was very rude. My dad showed up a few min later than we did and she pretty much demanded him to give her his order. It was his first time there. It did not seem like she liked her job, or wanted to be there. Just a tip if your having a bad day, please don’t take it out on the customers. We were unhappy with her service and will not be coming back to this location due to that. Other than that, the food was delicious. It’s a good place to celebrate a birthday
Will NEVER eat here again. I don’t often go out of my way to write reviews unless they are positive, but my past experience here was awful. The only redeeming quality were the staff members who weren’t the owner. At first the owner was fine, but as our meal progressed it got worse and worse throughout the night, sharing his views and overall being very inappropriate.
