I retired and booked a retirement party with the The Bar East - Lime Kiln. The staff was awesome. Starting with Raquel Lopez, she would reply to all my emails before the end of day. All question were answer. We used the party room which is filled with UWGB memorabilia. Wow, what a great experience. The food was awesome. There staff was Johnny on the spot when my guest needed anything. I high recommend The Bar East.

I love coming here for gluten free food so we are FREQUENT visitors, but anytime we order the Buffalo chicken wrap without ranch it ALWAYS comes with ranch. It’s the cooks, not the waitresses, that mess it up. We’ve had to call each time and get new delivery.. it’s just very frustrating for such a simple request.We called and they refunded the wrap!
This place is going downhill. The food is absolutely garbage. Cold when it arrived. Ordered the BX3 burger which is supposed to be a “Bacon-infused patty, topped with applewood smoked bacon and cheddar jack cheese. Served with maple bacon aioli on a toasted brioche bun.” All I received was a plain bacon cheeseburger without the sauce, so it was super dry. I even debated dunking it in a glass of water to help pass it down. That wouldn’t have helped though because the meat was just a razor-thin beef patty that was presumably hacked off a huge block of frozen meat and cooked to the dryness of an Arizona summer. Also, might need to call my dentist because the bacon was so hard it was like chewing on an actual samurai sword. If my memory serves me right, this place used to be good; they used to use real meat and served substantially-sized beef patties. It seems like they only care about other aspects of running a restaurant that the food is abysmal now. The owner needs to watch out if they keep being complacent, because Green Bay is a growing city, with many new developments each month, and I wouldn’t be surprised if better restaurants begin opening up and leave The Bar in the dust. The tater tots were fine however… if I wanted to know what it was like to chew on greasy rocks.
Excellent Vidalia dip. Had the boneless wings. Just ok. Next time would go for bone in. Awesome bartender.

Me and my friend ordered no contact delivery, and they gave it to the wrong house. We called to get a refund or get a replacement of the food and they claimed they couldn’t because it was no contact and there wasn’t “proof” we didn’t get the food. Very disappointed, and won’t be returning.
Customer service is typically good. The only problem seems to be the food. I’ve had wings many times and sometimes theres barely any sauce or they come out cold, as well as the other food ordered. Otherwise seems to be good.
Came in for wings today like I normally do because it's my wing spot. I no longer will be visiting this place because they cook their wings and then they recook them when they're serving them makes them very hard to I ask for them to be fresh and they brought me out wings in 3 minutes again already sent the 1st order back. I said these aren't fresh she said yes I saw them cooked. I said they were cooked and re-cooked. That's why they came out in only 3 minutes! If you like crispy and really tough go here. In the past when I asked them to be fresh they were made fresh not the case this time.
