My food wasn’t cooked properly and the waitress didn’t even turn in my appetizer order. She rarely checked on us.

Ordered a simple plate of cheese fries. The fries were more like mashed potatoes. The very friendly server took back the cheese fries to have them corrected. They came back as if they were stuck in the microwave. Cheese was burnt and fries were soggy. She took them away and did not charge me. The rest of my group was satisfied. The server was great and very understanding and helpful.
Once again we had a great time. Awesome hot fresh rolls n cinnamon butter. We both love our tenderloins done rare and they we perfect. Great choice of sides to go with steak. They were busy, but the atmosphere was great, not loud or crazy at all. The service was outstanding!!! One of the managers even checked in on us. We have always been very happy dining with Texas Roadhouse!

This place is unbelievable! The food is on another level! Everything cooked perfectly! Juicy stakes, delicious sauces, big drinks and tons of everything.You get so much food for the price that I find it hard to believe anyone would be able to leave hungry!Come back as often as I can because it's just a treat to eat/be here!
This one experience has me convinced I won't ever go back. Wait staff had no sense of purpose and either them, the kitchen, or both had their heads on backward this afternoon and my 5yr old is still hungry. I'm not one to make a big deal in the middle of a restaraunt. I waiting tables all through high school and college and I know it isn't easy - but today, I experienced work ethic I certainly wouldn't want to work with.
The best steak I've had in quite a while. We love Texas Roadhouse but haven't been to one in quite a few years since there isn't once close to where we live.One negative, while 3 of us had meals cooked to perfection, my husband's prime rib was supposed to be medium-rare and definitely came out medium-well. The place was extremely busy and we had to wait for an hour and a half for a table and quite a while for our food, so he didn't mention anything as we were running late for an event.
I usually love Texas Roadhouse. This time was a bit different. My son ordered the Mac n cheese and some parts of it were burnt. I let the waitress know who talked to her manager and because my son ate it there was no compensation. While this was not my intention I wanted her to know so they could let the kitchen staff know. She never once apologized and just came back and said that’s how it comes out sometimes. We also had to ask 3 different times for another basket of rolls. Just not impressed today!

Expect a long wait, but only because the food is good and everybody wants to eat it. The Chicken Critters with BBQ are fantastic. The fish fry with White Fish is really good, too. For sides, the sweet potato is really good, but make sure you top it with the marshmallows and honey cinnamon caramel. The mashed potato is good, too, but again, load it up for the extra money. This is a place that is worth adding the extras to the sides. And of course, they have a range of steaks if that's what you are looking for.
