Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! We had to wait over 20 minutes for our (simple) order a few days ago, and tonight we waited for over 45 minutes for our again, simple order. Literally, two main menu items. There were three cars in line at the time I got to the drive-thru (which, fair warning, is a one way option-you cannot back out or leave the line after driving in) and it took 45 minutes for me to get to the window and get my order. It took over 10 minutes for each car in front of me. This is ludicrous. We could have gone to any sit-down restaurant in that amount of time and have been nearly done eating!

Just went through a drive through, waited for 30 mins in line just so they could mess up our order( apparently they didn’t hear half of our order) and refused to make the two chicken quesadillas we ordered. They already charged us for the other stuff so we decided to leave the place. 5 dollars is a small price to pay and we weren’t going back to the long line. Thank you, Charlene for a reminder that Taco Bell can’t provide decent customer service.

Totally in shock, their was only two check outs with a live person to help an the two lines were so long, was forced to stand in line for self check out! , the rest was self service, Shocking , the lines were so long it was awful, I personally won't be be going to that Walmart again!!!! What ever Happened tho customer service!!!! Very unfriendly, a person Spends enough money there you'd think you'd think at least you'd get some service with a friendly check out person!!! Shame on Walmart!!!

Every time we order from here they screw up our order. Whether it is some thing that we didn't order or order is just completely wrong. This time I ordered a steak bowl and no steak in it at all.

Poor food quality even at Taco Bell expectations... 12 chips and Slop Bell crapo and a side of Slop in a shell. High five Taco Bell for making it on my franchise list of places never to go again.

i love t bell have for yrs however i went to the one on velp ave in green bay on apr 1 and got a severe case of food poisoning ! i am still dealing with it on the fourth . lost 10 lbs in 24 hr i hope you look into your food handling procedures

I normally do not leave bad reviews but after my latest visit I felt the need to,This store is our local store. We are here once or twice a month. My wife and I decided to order the Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco Delux boxes. We ordered one with the normal Chipotle sauce on the Chicken Taco, but no sour cream on the rest of the items. The second box was to have the Avocado Ranch on the Chicken Taco. The screen looked correct.What we got was two boxes with Chipotle and sour cream on all of the items. Also, something was off with the burrito and taco in one of the boxes. They had a bad taste and were inedible.Here is the real reason for the poor review. While sitting at the window waiting for our food, I saw a few things. First someone had spilled a bunch of sauce packets on the floor. Instead of cleaning them up they were left to be walked on. Second, a soda was spilled in drive ups, it was not cleaned up leaving it for the next employee to walk in. Next were the tortillas being thrown from the food line at the drive-up staff.Maybe if the employees were doing their jobs, we would have had the correct, edible food. Instead it hit the trash.

Well they didnt let you get two orders in one vehicle all of a sudden they charge you for sour cream that wasn't added, got a nacho bell grande and they forgot tomatoes, got a beefy 5 layer that was missing sour cream.....and they get paid 15 an hour for what

Best taco bell location. They screw up very rarely. Their breakfast is my favorite.

I would have given this more for ? but when you have the drive thu person turn his back to you and his pants are hanging have way off his butt that's what you call losing your accutite, then I never know you can be working and being on your phone taken selfies as your waiting for your other orders to come to you, when I worked at a taco bell we never had time to do that stuff I guess the drive-thru guy doesn't understand the terminology for teamwork. I was never given my receipt neither for my order when I ordered all of my dinner, very disappointing
